Check in was a breze. kathy at the front desk was very helpful in moving us to a room that was a quiet floor at the end of the hallway. The elevators were fast and with 4 running we never waited. The room was very clean and well laid out. The TV reception was not good, and the voices were off a second from the picture which was annoying. We did not use the pool or resturant, but both looked good. The location of the property is off Hwy 76 which at most times is very congested with traffic, but we knew that when we booked. Parking is a bit of a challlege. Its all on a hill and with so many rooms finding a good spot is not easy. Over all it was what we had hoped for.

Room Tip: Use the By-Pass off of Hwy 65 to get to the hotel.

We came for the timeshare preview with The Big Cedar Lodge (Blugreen Vacations). The Radisson has a partnership with Blugreen Vacations. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever been in! I think they try to use this as a selling point. My husband took our daughter down to the swimming pool and it is very small. A group of 20 people were standing around waiting to get in the pool! No king beds so plan on doubles. At least they were Sleep Number beds, but still tool small to sleep comfortably.

Thank you for taking the time for sharing your experiences. I am sorry to hear your stay was less than you expected. We do have almost half our rooms with King Beds, and half the doubles have pillow top mattresses for those who do not like the Sleep Number Beds. We even have quite a few rooms which are much larger in size too, so I hope you will choose to stay with us again, I know we can earn your loyalty.

The room was clean, but I didn't care for the Sleep Number bed. Fun to try out, but neither my husband nor I slept well on it (despite trying a lot of different numbers!) Another issue I had were the towels--really rough and when I pulled out the frilled washcloth to use there was mascara still on it! Ew! Lack of a mini fridge added to our disappointment of the room. On the plus side the concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable about shows and attractions.

We stayed as a package deal with some other attractions. There is a restaurant & sports bar, room service, a small workout room, indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The indoor pool was attractive for a late Oct stay with 2 kids. It was a huge dissapointment. The indoor part of the pool is tiny. The room was clean but really no better than a Super 8. We came with 2 children and the double room (2 double beds) was pretty small. We paid $30 for 4 breakfast buffets in the hotel dinning room. They do not offer a continental breakfast. On a positive note all of the staff were very friendly & super helpul.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. I am so very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay! I was pleased to hear that our staff was kind and helpful and your room was clean. Being a full service hotel, you are correct we do not offer a free breakfast, but make up for it in value with the other amenities you listed. We also have many rooms types larger than our standard rooms, that would fit your family more comfortably. I truly hope you will stay with us again and give us another chance to win your loyalty.

This hotel for the price is great. It's next to the malls for shopping. Kids can swim in an indoor pool. I got a daily deal and it included a show and breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to shop its great that way if the malls are too busy during the holidays you can go back early in the morning or later at night. During the holidays you can hardly find a parking space so this is great being so close. Kinda like going to Disney when it's less crowded.

Room Tip: If you want to shop its the place to stay

Very helpful staff that will give you all the ins and outs of Branson. Very clean rooms with sleep number mattress. Free parking. Nice restaurant and lounge. Hotel seems to have a special feel for veterans as they have a nice display in the lower level

Room Tip: We parked in the back and never had to walk far (there are some stairs).
