My mother and I visited for a girls weekend away---and we ended up adding a night! We completely did NOT expect the hotel to be this FANTASTIC!! They have a theater, PHENOMENAL pool, and the landscaping makes you feel like you're somewhere 2000 miles away in the tropics. I've been to resorts in Mexico & this gave a very similar feeling--It felt like you were steps from the beach. Completely relaxing and the rooms were clean and super comfortable. Just a minute from the main strip. GREAT value--and we will MOST CERTAINLY BE BACK!

Stayed here in one of the 2 bed/2 bath suites. Very clean with equipped kitchen. Wi-fi was spotty at times. Very quiet. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. We had a great time and would love to go again. I thought Branson would be super crowded with Christmas shoppers, but it was not on the weekdays. Fewer crowds than my hometown.

We arrived shortly after the major snow storm in early December. We were greated very nicely and quickly assigned our unit to stay in. Found the unit and it was heated upon our arrival - nicely furnished - clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that was very nice - the second bedroom was part of the lock-off unit. This was our first time in Branson and we found that we were located quickly to most areas. The desk person gave us information on the nearest market which was the "Price Grabber" - great store - ask for the non-resident discount it is worth it.

Room Tip: When U need food go to the Price Grabber nearby and ask for the Non-Resident discount - this is a great store and quite large.

This time we stayed in their 1 room studio. Only a kitcheonette - microwave and fridge, no stove or oven - but comfortable for two. A nice sofa and a decent sized table to eat at in a window, nice bath. Everything we needed. Except we did not get our requested top floor location, so it was nosier with occasional overhead thumps.
Chris (the guy, not the female Chris) was expecially helpful with same day show reservations when the Concierge had car trouble and did not come in one morning, calling the theater and making arrangements for me.

I do wish that the Resort would designate some adult hours in the pool, say before 8:30 AM and after 8:30 PM. The Blackjack and poker for adults was fun.

Room Tip: There is not a bad one. I prefer the top floors, quieter and get some exercise walking up to compensate for the great food available in branson.

We received an email prior to arrival from the pre-planning arrival team to ask about our preferences such as room location. They were able to accommodate our requests. We stayed in one bedroom villa, lower level. The room is spacious and clean. We didn't notice any noise coming from the upper floor. No need to bring dish soap and paper towel. They have it, as well as a small packet of laundry detergent --but you may want to bring a fabric softener. There were extra blankets, pillows and pool towels in the closet. The location is very close to Silver Dollar City and other attractions. There is no restaurant on site but there are dining establishments nearby. Overall, an excellent place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge is highly recommended.

Room Tip: Look at the resort map to help you with room location preferences. The elevator is slow.
