I decided to book this hotel because I got such a good deal. 2 nights for $79. Had trouble even making reservation, had to call back because helping a guest and another call back because hadn't heard of the voucher I was wanting to use. Checked in and sent to our room, opened door and it hadn't been vacuumed, checked bed and one had gum on the sheets! Went and told them I wanted vacuumed and also sheets changed. They gave us a different room. Went to second room and noticed right off it hadn't been vacuumed and noticed dr pepper can. Then we noticed someone was already booked for this room, their suitcases were there! Went and told front desk girl. She gave us yet another room. I told her I wanted her to walk with us to this room and she did. This room had a smell, but decided to keep it. Had no phone in your, I didn't know password for internet so I had to go to front desk to get it couldn't call no phone in room. It was clear this room hadn't been vacuumed good either and I had to kill flies! Beds were ok, but I'm wondering if top sheet really wasn't a light comforter. It was white, but I think I've seen used as a comforter, sure wasn't soft like a sheet. Each morning one of the juice machines we out of order, ice machine was so slow I filled maybe 1/4 of the holder provided in room. I understand that new owners have taken over, but so many problems for just 1 person I wonder what else has happened to people. The young lady did apologizes for setting up in someones elses room. I don't even think they had me listed in the right room. My husband went to check on soap/shampoo dispenser and they didn't have us in the room we were in. There were other negatives, but thought I would share my trip! lol
