I'm not sure this would be my first place to return to in Branson. The rooms are outside entrance and there is a lot of noise from outside that comes inside. They have wood like floors which are pretty cold in the middle of the night when I have to get up for my midnight run. The lighting is pretty good. The sink is separate from the bathroom and has a decent countertop. The TV is nice enough but it is in a cabinet which makes it hard to view unless your wanting to lie/sit on the beds to watch. The table for computer sticks out quite a bit making it pretty tight to get around. The heater is very loud, making it difficult to hear the TV without turning it way up and then get blared out of the room when the heater kicks off. The bed is comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is good although it takes a while for hot water at times. The towels are decent size and aren't scratchy. My biggest complaint would be the internet. You have to sign on every two hours and of course it always shuts down when your in the middle of something. I was not impressed with the breakfast selection that doesn't start until 7 and you have to ring a buzzer and wait to get in the lobby just to get a cup of coffee before that.

We appreciate you taking the time to review the La Quinta Inn - Branson. We do our best to learn from each guest comment and we would like to extend an apology if your recent stay did not convince you that the La Quinta Inn was not a great stay at a great price.
Regarding our limited breakfast hours during the winter/off season in Branson; we have instructed each of our clerks to inform guests of our winter breakfast hours. We do apologize if you were not informed at check in breakfast hours are from 7-10am instead of 6-10am.
Considering the login situation pertaining to our FREE Wi Fi service, we do require a guest to re login in occasionally for their security and speedy service. Any Wi Fi service has a limited amount of bandwidth and to ensure each guest has the fastest service possible we require the guest to re login. In the past, we have had guests leave their devices connected to the Wi Fi, in their rooms, while they left and enjoyed the Branson experience or when they went to bed. This would tie up a certain amount of bandwidth which in turn slows down the service for all of our guests, even though some are not actively using their devices.
I spoke with our internet provider, after reading your comments, and we are discussing ways in which we can extend the period between logins, however, at this time, to please every guest with speedy Wi Fi service and to ensure the safest system possible, we will require periodic login.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. If you have further questions or comments I would be happy to speak with you. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was a quiet time of year in Branson, so it was very relaxing and quiet. We picked the La Quinta because they allowed our fur baby, which was the first time taking our 80lb baby on a overnight hotel getaway with us. They were very welcoming to him and made us feel very comfortable bringing him. Will definitely be stay at other La Quintas in our travels and we will be back here next time we visit.

The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean the hotel staff helped us when we needed something they told us about all of the shows that were playing in the times The breakfast was okay this time of the year they cut scale back their breakfast.. The pool and the hot tub work great everything was so clean. The location on the strip was excellent. the restaurants that were in the area were excellent

Well stayed here for Christmas week 26/27 first off the front desk was nice the staff was great except for one she came in to close. the pool house i told her i did think the sauna was working and there was no water in the bucket she said so it isn't my problem i don't use it my husband and i finally figured it out it takes lots of water on the rock but other than that breakfast was poor they definitely need new mattresses we did see some ants in the restroom and the toilet still had urine on it housekeeping was very sweet and there is no refrigerators or microwave in rooms the microwave is in the breakfast room at the office and if u want a fridge you half to rent one from the office my stay was ok did enjoy the hot tub and sauna they do need to back off on the chlorine for the hottub

To our valued guest from La Quinta Inn; we would like to apologize for your stay not being what you expected. We apologize for any misunderstanding with our front desk clerk and the pool area. We also want to apologize for any problems you had with your room. During January and February we check all of our mattresses and replace any which are not up to our high standards. We will also be getting refrigerators for all of our rooms by July 1st, 2014.

We do hope you will give us another chance the next time you come to Branson. From all of us at La Quinta Inn we wish you a Happy New Year.
