The staff Milessa, Crystal, and Scott all took care of us and this meant alot because my husband took ill while we were there. Rooms were average until we upgraded to a Jacuzzi and were quite pleased.

This was a nice find with a SDC season pass there is a good discount offered. I had no complaints with the breakfast the food was good, plenty of seating even with a bus group that was there at the same time. The rooms ate huge, but nice. Our only complaint and negative was the final two days of our stay there was a horrible smell in the hallways. This was mentioned to some cleaning staff but nothing really said or done about it on their behalf I am sure with a decent price we would stay here again, but hope the hallways smells were better!

First time staying at this hotel and will stay again. Very clean room, comfortable but nothing real
special. Staff were all nice, especially Melissa with our check-in. Price was very good for a
Jacuzzi room.

This hotel was recently remodeled. Having not stayed there previously, I booked the hotel for the price and location to Branson hot spots. We were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms were current in style and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and common areas comfy. As stated before, it is located near Branson spots like Tanger Outlets and the Landing. Planning on staying here again this holiday season.

Room Tip: Building 2 doesn't house the pool but is quieter than the main building.

This hotel was booked by our Tour company and although clean it does not have the amenities we would like. Breakfast was OK but very basic. The room was clean the the beds were good. Coffee pot was hard to plug into because of no outlets by the table. No shampoo or conditioner available in rooms.

We were booked into this hotel with a motor coach tour. Although it is a clean facility there is a lack of some basics. Towels seem to be in short supply. There are very few outlets in the rooms. The free breakfasts are atrocious. The toilets do not have lids. (Something that I have never encountered). Bars of soap are the size of a dinner mint, although there are liquid soap dispensers in the shower. Rooms do have frig/ microwaves and coffee makers, although no tea bags in the rooms and no hot chocolate packs at breakfast.

Room Tip: There is no restaurant. I do not advise traveling here in the winter. We were snow bound in early D...

I was traveling with a companion. Upon arrival at our next location and while unpacking, he realized he did not have his toiletry kit. We called the Grand Oaks where we stayed to request they check the room for the item. It had been cleaned and they said the item wasn't there. We called back again to see if the next person could find it. And we called the next day to speak with the manager on duty. He looked and said it wasn't there and not in lost-and-found. We told him apparently the cleaning staff had a really nice electric shaver and prescription sleeping pills.

The toiletry kit did contain a new Norelco electric razor with floating heads, a prescription bottle of sleeping pills in the name of D. Dreiling, and the regular items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, after shave, etc. in an older shaving kit. We were very disappointed that these items were not recovered. Of course, this resulted in a less than satisfying experience at your hotel.
