We stayed at this motel last week and I was impressed with what we got for the price we paid. The guy that checked us in was super nice & informative. The room was a little older style but clean overall and that's the most important thing in my opinion. The pool & pool area were both nice. The breakfast was good. You can even buy some tickets to area attractions from the front desk which is convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice: it was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Nothing fancy, but nice. I would have given it 4 stars except I was baffled by the hotel 's apparent lack of record keeping.
We checked in on a Sunday for 3 nights. During the duration of our stay, our room was never cleaned. Additionally the hotel checked other guests into our room everyday of our stay so strangers kept randomly opening the door to our room - thankfully all of them were friendly, but it was still kind of creepy. We would trek down to the front desk to voice our concerns. The staff was always very polite (especially Jeremy) and we were always assured that the problem had been taken care of, but then 2 hours later another random stranger would open our door.
So even though it was clean and the staff was friendly, I would not recommend this hotel.

We apologize for your negative experience with us here at Lodge at the Falls. This occasion is quite rare indeed, however it did happen, and for that we are sincerely apologetic. Shortly after this occurrence the computer issue that kept re posting this room as clean ,available , and vacant was fixed. If there is any thing we can do to make this right for you , please don't hesitate to contact us.

Ask for Barry,

Again our sincere apologies.

We ended up at the Lodge at the Falls due to a recommendation from a travel advisor off of exit I44 exit 118. It was nice, has an OUTDOOR pool and no hot tub, I wished it did. The hotel staff was very friendly! Breakfast was average, waffles, eggs, sausage, canned fruit, cereal. The rooms were clean, and do have a refrigerator and small table. The hotel was nice but dated a little, has not been updated. And if you are a very tall person you may not enjoy your shower, the shower head is VERY low. I am 5' 2" and looked at the shower head, it was probably only 5' 1" off the base of the tub, they have it pointing out so I had no problem showering but I think it would be a challenge for a tall person.

Our first time to stay here. We needed a place to stay near our event we were attending but didn't want to pay the price of the host hotel which was double of what we paid a night at the Lodge.
We didn't not use the pool and or have breakfast at the hotel. They did offer popcorn when we came in but didn't eat any.
Place was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows put you to sleep especially when you need rest. Needs some updates but it will get you what you need for your Branson adventures.
We will stay again. Until next time.

Thanks

While not a brand new motel, the property is in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, and lodging cost was very reasonable. Breakfast was good, and for the kids, popcorn and cookies during the daytime at the desk made a special treat for them. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable with a microwave/refrigerator at no additional charge. The pool was excellent. Parking was free and plentiful, and the location was just minutes away from Silver Dollar City and downtown Branson. Highly recommend Lodge at the Falls, we have two future reservations and are looking forward to the mini-vacations.

Room Tip: There is one elevator that I saw, but easiest access seems to be the first or second floor. A Sonic...

Great Hotel with a great staff. Bob & Mike and a host of others that I did not get their names. The rooms were clean and the breakfast bar was good. Had hot cookies every evening that were delicious. We were there with a group for five rooms. Very accommodating, will definitely stay here again when Branson.

Room Tip: "Rooms on the south side are quieter"
