“Quacking Good Time”
Reviewed 20 August 2014

We loved the ducks, rode the ducks early morning to beat the heat. Bought tickets online and had no problems. Nice gift shop, with snacks. Very entertaining driver. When we picked up our tickets they even gave us a quacker. We brought these home to our grand kids after we quacked them on the ride like kids. We went and looked at retired military vehicles,on this big hill that over looked the lake and dam, beautiful. Then we went out on the lake, nice, pretty and very smooth ride. Then back to the station where we boarded . Great for all ages !!! We'll worth your money.

“Save your receipt for 5o per cent off dessert at Dannas BBQ!”
Reviewed 20 August 2014

Fun, fun, fun and pretty reasonable at that. The driver was funny and quite informative. Our open air "vehicle" was quite tolerable on a summer's day when temperatures soared to the mid 90's!

Driver recommended we take our receipt into Danna's because they give a discount to Duck riders when ordering a meal. Turns out it 's 50 per cent off on a homemade dessert. We opted for their specialty..Bananas Foster. It was the best Bananas Foster we've ever had! What a deal!!

“Loved Ride the Ducks”
Reviewed 20 August 2014

This is a great ride. Six of us including My 85 year old father and 83 year old mother enjoyed it. Captain Crunch was quite entertaining and informative. This ride is well worth the cost.

“It was all it was quacked up to be....”
Reviewed 19 August 2014

We rode the ducks while passing through Branson en route from NC to Joplin, Mo., and enjoyed it very much. It was the one from the Branson Strip, not the landing. They run multiple vehicles at once, so the lines moved fairly quickly. They will try to get you to pose for a picture (at your expense), but a smile and a firm "No thank you" did the trick there.

Captain Jesse was our driver, and we found him to be informative and humorous. Well, ok, so the humor was a little cheesy; at least it was clean and I didn't have to worry about my kid..... The ride went from the strip out to the Lake and back, going up a wooded mountain on a private road to view the lake, the dam, and numerous vintage military vehicles, including some of the ancestors of the duck we were riding. We spent about 20-30 minutes out on the water, where any of the kids who wanted to got to steer the duck. Sadly, at 57, I found out I was no longer considered a kid....

The weather was warm and sunny, and we got a number of decent photos from the duck. Total ride took about an hour and twenty minutes. The staff was courteous, the parking was ample, and the gift shop was well supplied with a variety of duck-themed merchandise, including those little "quackers" for the kids that are guaranteed to drive parents insane after about ten minutes in the car....

My wife was concerned about the potential for a rough ride, but it was pretty smooth. The entry into the lake is a little fast, but not rough enough to bother anything. We had fun, and would recommend it, especially for families with young kids (ours was nine)

So next time you're in Branson, grab your quacker, hop on a duck, and happy motoring....
