We stayed in the Clubhouse room and absolutely loved it. My son is 2 and the toddler area of the indoor water park has a perfect area for toddlers. We had breakfast at the buffet and the food was great! This whole experience was amazing, we had the best time. I love how we can stay at the hotel and have everything so close. (Being close to the outlet mall is also a bonus) Anytime we go to Branson, this is definitely going to be our go to place!

We just got back from spending the weekend at Grand Country. We went for the first time two years ago and loved it. We couldn't wait to go back. We have four children ages 10 and under and they had a blast. The water park is big enough to keep them entertained for a few hours, but small enough that it wasn't overwhelming. The life guards were very attentive and helpful. We were able to play at the outside splash area and my children really enjoyed that. Our room was clean and our beds were comfy. I thought the recent updo of the rooms really matched well with the down home country theme seen all through out Branson. On our first night, we enjoyed frozen yogurt from Glenn's. It was really good! I had the Ozark paradise and it was amazing. For breakfast, we enjoyed the Grand Country Buffet. I can't say enough positive words about the buffet. It was delicious and had something that everyone in our family loved. During our stay, we also visited the fudge shop. Our only regret is that we didn't buy more. My kids especially enjoyed the cookies and cream. We didn't watch any shows this time, but we did see the Amazing Animals show at our last visit. Our family really enjoyed it. Having a family with young children, Grand Country is a great place to visit. With the ages of our children, we could center and entire vacation here and never have to leave. I highly recommend visiting. You just can't beat the price!

We stayed here for 6 nights in June 2014 and chose the all inclusive package. From the time we checked in until we checked out all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and updated. After reading prior reviews, I came with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised. I think the people that have written poor reviews must work for a competitor:) The food at the Grand Buffet was excellent and we enjoyed many family meals there. The staff always asked our grandchildren (ages 5 and 7) what they had done that day and listened attentively to their answers. We ate at the pizza buffet and the grill inside the water park, also. Everything was very good. The grandchildren had tons of fun in the Fun Zone, water park (inside and outside) and playing at all of the putt putt courses. All of us really enjoyed the shows. We went to the Comedy Jamboree, Amazing Pets and Grand Jubilee. The performers were very, very talented and entertaining. We laughed and laughed. I can't say enough good stuff about this place. We had tickets to the Dixie Stampede and Silver dollar City included in our package and both were tons of fun. I highly recommend Grand Country Inn all inclusive to anyone with small children (probably best ages are 12 and under) and their parents, grandparents. We truly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

We stayed here June 2014 and had an AWESOME experience. We chose to do the all inclusive package and it was well worth it. We saw Amazing Pets, Comedy Jamboree, and the Grand Jubilee, and they were all very entertaining. My 5 & 7 year olds enjoyed the shows as well. The water park is probably best for ages 12 and under, but adults can float in the lazy river and enjoy the hot tubs. The rooms were a good size and basically a regular hotel room. With our package we had all the food/drinks we wanted included. The Grand Buffet was like a smaller sized Golden Corral, very good food. Andre, the omelet guy, was a super sweet guy! We also ate at the pizza place and the grill in the water park. Our package also included 2 day tickets to Silver Dollar City and tickets to Dixie Stampede, and all the mini-golf we wanted. If you have kiddos probably aged 4 to 11 or 12, this is the place to stay! Even if your kiddos are older, the all you can eat food and attraction tickets that are included in the all inclusive package are well worth it! We would stay here again!!

We were pleasantly surprised when our room had bunk beds which was not part of our package. Very clean. Downhill from there: indoor waterpark was a big disappointment. Water looked dirty, could see brown along the walls under water, a lot of features didn't work and very cold. The Fun Spot was ok. Kids enjoyed it but it all seemed over rated. Too much flash for a worn out environment. Not worth the price to stay in my opinion.

A large group of my family and I were looking forward to gathering in Branson. The room was what we expected and the kids loved the waterpark. I was in the room with my 3mo old granddaughter on the bed changing when a cockroach crawled right across the baby!! Immediately I went to the front desk and asked for the supervisor. She was a bit rude and more interested in her personal life to attend to us. I left and returned carting the dead roach. Another young lady jumped in a handled the
situation promptly. Although no one from management ever contacted us as promised, we were satisfied with the results the last young lady provided.

Good place to go for families, especially if the weather isn't good because most things are inside. They had a great deal with shows, pizza, putt putt and games all included.
Chlorine was a bit strong in the indoor water park, but then I guess it would need to be with all the kids.
