“Great Hotel - Close to everything, but nice and quiet!”

Loved the Colonnade Resort! Rooms had just been re-done, they were beautiful! New carpet! 2 blocks off the "strip" on Branson, MO! Nice and quiet, but close to everything! We would book here again!! We got this through AFVC, so it was a great value for the money we paid!

We booked our time share with RCI at The Colonnade but they put us at The Grand Regency. We were very pleased with the accomodations. We had a two bedroom, five of us staying there. It was very clean, very nice. Inderjin, the resort owner and the staff were very pleasant and helpful with everything we asked them. There was no pool at The Grand Regency but we had pool access at The Colonnade. We were centrally located and enjoyed our seven day stay. The only two draw backs would be no pool at The Grand Regency and no wifi, other than that we were very pleased.

Where do I begin! First of all we had traded our week through RCI for what we thought was a silver crown resort. It ended up it was basically a hotel with a few condos. Even the front door is old and is not disability friendly. I stood at the desk along time while the one check in girl was on the phone. Also not only was the entry musty smelling but our room too,! Found out they have had water damage from the tornado and a sprinkler mishap. They need to close down until the problem gone!! Iwill say they were nice enough to move us to the Grand Regency. The Grand Regency much better and up to date but you haveto go all the way to the Colonade for internet service, the pool which is dirty, and towels!! Also we were locked out of our room and the Colonade had to call the maintenance man to come in 30 min later to unlock the door!! All I can say is stay FAR AWAY!!

Room was dusty. This place was not the kind of " condo" you would expect. It is more in the line of suites. They tell you that you have WiFi, but you can't get it unless you sit in the lobby. Was told it would be fixed tomorrow. That statement lasted for 5 days. The pool was dirty, leaves and one huge spider was the only ones to really use the pool.
We left early because of the conditions, and was told they don't give any refunds for days not used.
Avoid this place, I know we will.

We arrived early in the day, but our room was ready for us. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen, living room & bath. The bedroom was decorated like a first-class hotel with gorgeous furniture. The location was just a block off the main highway, so it was quiet but easy to everything. The staff was very friendly & helpful. There was no maid service during the 4 days we stayed there, the closet was stocked with lots of extra towels, blankets & sheets. We will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: No restaurant on premises

We arrived a day early on the last Thursday of March. We weren't suppose to be there until Friday. They already had our room ready, let us check in a day early, had to pay a regular day rate, which is understandable. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, living area a little small but still very nice. Bedroom was very nice and large with new furniture. We had 2 full bathrooms and a large closet. Nice, new appliances in the kitchen area, bar with stools to use for eating area. It was great for my husband and me. Plenty of room for one person to cook, then the other gets to load the dishwasher. Laundry is not in the room, but is on the floor. Be sure to bring your own detergent & quarters. The only thing I didn't care for was that the windows don't open and there is no balcony. The staff was very nice to us and we did not have any problems. They were very helpful. One was new and was not able to give us a lot of information, but was able to find out what we needed and got it to us as soon as she could. Love it and had a great time.

Room Tip: They are still remodeling so not all rooms are finished but they keep it clean & quite. Our roo...

I booked this trip before I left home. RCI points in hand was looking for a property that would accommodate us all including my 89 year old mother who would not be able to climb stairs. When we pulled up out front we were not impressed, it sort of looks like a residence inn converted. The rooms were big but unimpressive and not very clean! They made me pay an extra $55 for only staying a partial week and this was on top of the points and $ already paid to RCI, I think the extra $ was for an extra house cleaning? Good luck with that! Anyway there are much nicer places to stay within RCI in Branson and Kimberling city and I would check those out if ever in the area again. Also, have someone local explain the red, blue and black routes to you immediately as the main routes thru town is a major traffic jam!
