“Good hotel and excellent location in crazy town”
Reviewed 17 November 2013

Branson is the lovechild of Las Vegas and Broadway. It can get crazy and the traffic insane.

This hotel is situated off the freeway and at the start of the strip. You can get away from it all at the end of the day.

Positioned in the Branson Landing shopping district and on the river, it's a great location of the freeway and has everything around it.

It's a big property with two towers and an enormous lobby.

The bed, pillows and towels were fine. The shower was so-so. The toiletries were good.

There's a fridge, coffee maker, iPod AUX port on the radio and free internet.

Breakfast isn't included and parking is valet or self, for a daily fee.

My corner room had lovely decor and this is one of the better Hilton properties I've stayed in.

Room Tip: There is another Hilton diagonally across the road.

Nice and up to Hilton standards. We experienced the fire alarm repeatedly going off in the middle of the night and it was distressing not knowing if we needed to leave for safety reasons. The noise was extremely loud. The hotel staff gave us the night free in reconciliation.

Hotel is located in a perfect place close to food and shopping and very clean. The rooms are really nice. Staff was courteous. The worst part was they had some sort of problem with the Fire Alarm system and it went on and off till after 1am!!! It was miserable and LOUD!! The Hotel did send a certificate for 50% off one night stay the "next" time you stayed but I felt they should have refunded at least one full night at checkout.

We stayed at the Hilton at Branson Landing for its great location! Everything you want is right there at the Landing....but the review is for the actual hotel. Parking is $10@day for self park, or $14@day for valet....which is right nxt to self park. Hmm
We were given a "suite" in south tower...which is in a separate building...I'm guessing "suite" means no tub, shower only, mini fridge, microwave and empty cupboards. Really? Do some ppl actually travel with utensils, cups, bowls etc?
Our room had a great balcony, with the best view of the Landing!!! Which we enjoyed for the first night. Our a/c quit wrking, the engineer explained that it would not be fixed that night, and offered to change rooms. He called the front desk, and was instructed to "send us down".....excuse me? It was pouring rain and the front desk was in a separate building! The engineer did the legwork for us, opened our new room, turned the lights on and offered to carry our bags. Sadly, our new room faced the parking lot :(
The Hilton boasts an upscale steak restaurant, and we came prepared with dresses and heels to treat ourselves. Didn't happen: the restaurant is in again a third building across the mains treat and across the train tracks at the convention ctr. It's still pouring rain, and again, to valet out car is that trek over to bldg number one.
Like other reviewers, I expected more, certainly for the price. The best part of the hotel is it's location......did this Hilton grow too quickly for its managers to handle with that Hilton finesse we look for and expect? Maybe so.

When I stay at a Hilton, I expect luxury, but this facility does not offer luxury. I was placed in the South building, which is not connected to the main building that has the front desk and the breakfast restaurant. You have to walk outside in the weather to get to the front desk, to the business center to use a computer, or to get breakfast. The restaurant is not open for dinner. When I asked for the WiFi information to use my ipad, I was told that WiFi access is an extra fee of $9.95 daily.

The room was small, and the closet space was very small. The closet is almost in a triangle shape, with not enough room to hang clothes for a week.

The hotel location is prime; right in the Landing, but also beside the railroad tracks. The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone was very nice, but, it didn't make-up for the other inconvieniences. When we called for maintenance to get rid of the yellow jacket in our room, someone came immediately. When I called because the sliding door handle was broken, someone came immediately.

This seemed to be of a Days Inn quality, not Hilton.

Wow! I wish there were more rooms in the Hilton so we can always stay here when we come to Branson. The beds and rooms were fabulous and the service was top notch! The location was perfect -- right in the great area of shopping and restaurants.

Highly recommend this hotel. We opted for the Romance Package, which included champagne upon arrival in our room and breakfast the following morning, which we also had delivered to our room! Great good, great service, very clean, very up-to date and the bathroom was very nice.
