Owner description: Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck an iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll be able to touch a growing iceberg, experience the 28 degree water, try and steer the ship and pay tribute to the 2,208 passengers and crew that were on the Titanic. You will enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

Lots to read. Great artifacts. Tour guides give you short informational talks and let you go at your own pace. Lady on second level was totally in period acting. It's a must see.

I am a Titanic buff and was excited to do this. It was very interesting and well put together. We used a groupon to get in, so we got tickets a little cheaper. Not sure I would visit again. It was good, but it is one of those things that once you see it, you have seen it.They do provide and audio tour for adults and a separate one for kids(included in the price of the tickets). I would say probably ages 7 and up would enjoy this the most.

We went because I was under the impression it was a guided tour. Instead you get a handheld thing to listen to. My kids got sick of it after about 10 min so raced through it (10 and 12).

Melly,
We are so sorry your young people didn't enjoy the museum. It is a great learning historical experience. We hope they took the YOUNG PEOPLE audio tour as it is geared to their age. We've had so many kids their age that have found the museum informational. Sorry we didn't deliver for them.
Our best, and thank you for taking the time to visit.

So much information. Make sure you give yourself at least 2 hours. Try not to go during a rainy day or it will be packed and hard to enjoy.

It’s pricey but well worth it. So much to see and learn about titanic. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Well put together. My children are young teens and they enjoyed it. Younger children would easily get bored. I bought a souvenir glass at the gift shop and I love it.
