this place is rustic, had the best pool of all the places i have ever stayed. we were able to leave our towels on the porch, when we came back 6 hours later they were still there. no phone in the rooms but that was fine with us. stayed in cabin 1 it felt like a lil house not a hotel room.

Room Tip: ask for an A frame

This place was disgusting, we had an A frame and it was so outdated the steps leading to our door were rotted the door frames are rotted, we had masking tape on the handle of our fridge and let's not forget the 1970's wood panel the room smelled of terrible mold!!! We bought candles to try to make it smell better and nothing worked, pulled back the sheets to find hair in them and to top the cake take the pillow case's off of your pillow folks and you'll see the most disgusting pillows all stained and yellow oh it was awful we were supposed to stay 2 nights we left after the first night never again will I return!!!! When we informed the owner how bad the mold smell was they pretended they had no idea it smelled that way course everyone that entered our cabin commented on it. For what we paid you could find a decent hotel that has health and sanitary codes to follow this place was just awful and again I repeat NEVER AGAIN!!!!

If you are looking for a place to stay on Table Rock Lake and plan on going to Silver Dollar City, look no further. Indian Point is the best location to stay on the lake and is next door to SDC and a short drive to Branson. Happy Valley Lodge is a great place. What really makes this place work are the owners---they are the best owners of any of the probably 15 places I've stayed in Branson. The value is good and the cabins are clean, have good air conditioners, and are quaint. If you are someone who goes on vacation to sit in your room all day, this place is not for you. The lodging is basic but perfect for our family vacations.
The dock and pool are very good. Also have outdoor grills/chairs that are above average.
Great Location, Great People, Great Value, Great Vacation Lodging.

Room Tip: The A-Frames with a loft and full kitchen and decks on the back are the best, especially if there ar...

We have stayed here for about 7 summer vacations now. What keeps us coming back here are the simple things: friendly and accomdating owners, very quiet, rustic cabin feel, kids love it, and lower price range. This is not the place to stay if you expect all the modern ammenities of home. Going on vacation is about being with your family instead of everyone on thier laptops or smartphones. Get back to the basics and enjoy your time with family, that's what Happy Valley is about. The only downside to this place is a very steep boat ramp, but there are other public marinas very close that you can use. Becky and Brenton have always been very nice and helpful to us. As long as they are here, it would be the only place we stay.

Room Tip: My kids love the A frame cabins plus Brenton recently installed new decks on them.

These cabins are awesome. They have microwaves refrigerators pots pans utensils everything you need. The cost to stay there is really cheap. Its right up the street from Silver Dollar City. The people that own it are really really nice

Whether you're lounging by the pool or lake for the day, or maybe headed to Branson or Silver Dollar City, this is the perfect place. We bring the whole family, and plan our meals ahead of time to save money. We tend to pack a picnic lunch and head down to the lake and swim and sun off the dock. Their location is right around the corner from Silver Dollar City on Indian Point, so if you want to spend a day there, it's no problem! In addition, the proprietors, Becky and Brenton Tucker, are the nicest people ever. I really love this place, and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Room Tip: Check out their cabin layouts online - you'll know exactly what you need before you call!

We rented two A-frame cabins for a trip with 10 friends. The management was very nice and hospitable. Everything was clean and well-kept, albeit a bit dated. Just fine for a few days' stay. The cabins are very open, so don't expect privacy. In our cabins, there were two full beds in the loft area and another just inside the front door next to the bathroom. They had nice back decks and we could see the lake. This location was very easy to get to, and it was very convenient for our group to store two ski boats in the slips just down the way. Would stay again.
