This is a beautiful hotel with great service and an awesome location. With shopping literally a few steps aways, you can't go wrong with this Hilton Hotel. The Convention Center is a great space with room for whatever size meeting you may have. The large ballroom is innovative with lights that change color to set any mood.

The staff of the Hilton Branson Convention Center will treat you as a welcomed friend. Several staff members remembered me from prior visits and were genuinely interested in making my visit comfortable and pleasurable. I will return soon!

The room was great, spacious, and oh so comfortable! I was disappointed with the roof only view and shower (no bath or jacouzzi). Food was great as was the waitress, and all personal.
Valet parking was inexpensive for the conveinience and parking personal. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay on the Landing!!

Room Tip: This is a wonderful walking location. Train, Riverboat, shopping , bars, eatery all within a distanc...

Our room was right next to the elevator so it was loud, so was the street below! Our room smelled bad almost like urine faint but gross. If you not on the top few floors you have no view of anything but the street. I paid cash and did not have a credit card do they completely turnrd the phone off. I could not even make local calls. That was a pain! I had asked for a balcony when I reserved and when I got there they said they didn't have any. But that did not make me feel so bad, because while waiting in line to check in a young lady in front of me was expressing her anger for the same issue only it was her wedding and that was where she was spending her honeymoon! Not to mention $13 a day for internet use. Very good pool.. not so high class hotel.

Plan on paying for the parking or find somewhere else to stay. The Hotel is wonderful and the rooms are clean. Just takes to long to get in and out of the Hotel if you're in and out throughout the day.

We stayed on the top floor with balcony and we had great views of the Landing and lake (that looks like a river) across the street, along with the rolling hills that surround the city. The location was great for us, right next to the Landing for some great restaurants and our fishing guide service. It was a short drive to the strip where all of the shows and other attractions were. The restaurant and outdoor areas were great for relaxing.
Our balcony was closest to the elevator on the top floor and everyday there were people going up to the top floor to see the view. They were loud and annoying and when we were on our balcony we could see them standing at the window and it was annoying. We were riding up with one such group coming back from lunch and made pleasant small talk with them, to come to find out the Hilton Landing across the street front desk had recommended they come over and see the view. When we brought our concern up to the front desk she become very combative and basically called us liars that they would never do that. They said they had no way to way to control access to the building and that security would address my concerns if I called. A very simple key swipe in the elevator for floor access would be a great secure fix, but apparently their guests safety is not a concern.
If we return to the area, I would not return based on the service of the front desk (it was the manager). It is too bad as the rooms, amenities, and location were superior.

Room Tip: The higher the floor the better and as far from the elevator as possible, if you decide to stay here...

Fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Indoor pool is a little small, but that would be the only complaint. There is an amazing outdoor pool area, but it wasn't quite warm enough for that yet. We purchased a package that included breakfast each day. My husband and daughter said it was delicious and my twin 3-year-old sons were able to eat for free. If you are a breakfast person, I would highly recommend it. Excellent location! Close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
