“Great Hotel - Great Location”
Reviewed 5 September 2009

We absolutely loved the Hilton located in downtown Branson (connected to Convention Center). Comfortable rooms in a modern hotel. The hotel is located directly across the street from Branson Landing and just around the corner from downtown Branson shopping & dining. A little pricy, but the convenience of being close to great dining and entertainment made it worth it.

My husband, 7 year old son and I just returned home from Branson. We stayed at the Hilton Branson Convention Center for 5 nights and thought it was great. Our room had two double beds, sufficient dresser and closet space for the three of us and a nice sized bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The room had an empty mini refrigerator for our use. The coffee maker is only a 2 cup machine, but Starbucks is right across the street!

We were on the 7th floor and never had to wait long for an elevator. Our room overlooked the outdoor pool, which we used every day. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub and always found a lounge chair; it was never crowded. For some reason though, what appeared to be an outdoor bar/snack counter was never open. So you had to either bring your own drinks or get them from the restaurant on the second floor. We did not use the indoor pool or hot tub because the weather allowed us to be outside. There were plenty of provided pool towels for our use as well.

The location of the hotel is nice because it's right across the street from the Landing. We walked to dinner three nights. Parking was convenient as well. The parking garage is across the street, to the west, and attached by a second story skywalk. We paid $8/day for 'self' garage parking. Valet parking is available for $12/day and free parking is also available, but a farther walk.

Besides all the shops and restaurants at the Landing, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance from the Hilton.

The entire hotel was very clean. We typically left our room by 9:30 every morning, returned around 4-5 and our room was always cleaned. The lobby was really nice, clean and inviting and the pool areas were very clean as well.

I would recommend this hotel and would stay at the Hilton Branson Convention Center again!

Stayed at this Hilton during the 4th of July holiday this year while celebrating with family. The hotel was very nice, and well exceeded my expectations for any hotel in Branson, and for that matter was nicer than most Hiltons that we have stayed in in the past. We had a corner room on the 4th floor with a view toward old downtown and windows on two sides of the room. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom very modern and clean. I especially appreciated the fact that the bathroom had a large stand-up shower instead of the usual shower-tub combo. It was much slicker than the traditional hotel tub, and much larger as well! The A/C worked very well, which was a plus as it was very warm that weekend and my wife and I like to sleep in the cold! The location is also very nice, being just across the street from The Landing. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would most certainly stay there again the next time I am in Branson!

Cons:
1. The fitness center could be larger
2. Would be nice if they provided free internet, but you know this going in
3. Would be nice if parking were cheaper than $8, but all in all it is cheaper than most hotels in major cities

The large, nicely decorated suite had noise issues of an annoying high pitched motor whine and chairs moving across the slate type floor from above. Parking was $8 per night at their garage across the street. Walking a block to park free at the end of the convention center was worth it. Sunday buffet breakfast was very nice, but when questioned, a cheaper price was available if only cold items from the buffet were selected. The prices quoted by the front desk on daily Internet use did not match the cost on login nor the bill. It is sometimes worth it to question if there are other options available.

We stayed at the Hilton Convention Center hotel for a family celebration- my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff smiled and said 'hello' every time we passed them. The room was clean and QUIET! We rarely heard any noise in the halls even though the hotel was full with a convention going on. Although we did not eat at the onsite restaurant it was beautiful and the Sunday morning breakfast buffet looked amazing (unfortunately we weren't able to stay for it!). The beds were very comfortable with pillows and linens of high quality.

The only disappointment was that given the price of the hotel, they did not offer a "free" business center to check email. They charged a minium of $5 and that only bought you 10 minutes.

This hotel is very conveniently located at The Landing where the shopping and restaurant choices are great. All our requests were granted and met with wonderful customer service. My in-laws were charged for a movie that they did not order and the fee was removed without hesitation when brought to the attention of the front desk staff.

We would definitely stay here again!

We had rented a condo in Branson for a week and arrived a day early. We decided to stay at the Hilton at Branson Landing. What a delightful, pleasant surprise. This is an excellent hotel. The lobby was inviting and the staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, modern, and fresh, with a nice balcony overlooking Branson Landing. The bed was very comfortable and the linens heavenly. The bathroom was a nice size and all amenties were in order. We were extremely tired upon arrival so we ordered room service. The food arrived in a timely manner and was very tastey. The next morning before checking out we walked Branson Landing and part of historic downtown Branson. The 35 annual Plume Nellie Hillbilly Festival and Craft show was going on and that too was in walking distance from the hotel. The price was extremely reasonable for a Hilton Hotel. The only negative about this hotel is that it charged $8 for parking. But because the price of the room was so low it was easier to accept. I would certainly recomment this hotel.

We spent three nights here over the Memorial Day weekend. The location is excellent for walking into downtown Branson and across the street to the Branson Landing complex.
We had a pretty much standard king-bedded room with balcony and had daily breakfast included in the rate. The room was certainly larger than the usual hotel room IMO. Furnishings in excellent repair; extremely comfortable bed. Shower only in bathroom but not an issue for us. Outstanding housekeeping; room and bath were very clean.

The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest we have EVER encountered in any hotel anywhere and all are to be commended. There was absolutely nothing they weren't ready to do or help with.

Used both the indoor and outdoor pools which are not huge but seemed to be well-maintained.

Covered parking right across the street and we cheerfully paid the $4.00 additional/'day for valet services which were prompt and cheerful.

Overall, if you want to be in the downtown/Branson Landing area I would definitely consider this establishment. It is probably more expensive than other locations but for what we like in a hotel it was perfect.
