The only complaint i have is that when we got to the room there were coffee containers for 2 caffeinated coffees and 2 de-cafs. The first morning we used the 2 caffeinated coffees and 1 of the de-cafs. When we got back to the room that afternoon the 1 de-caf had been replaced but there were no caffeinated coffees and never were after we used the first 2.

When I approached to check out, the staff was not friendly ...just seemed to be there to "do their job"..no one was gong out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Did not ask to compensate for the loss of sleep, etc. The elevator was down~during a large conference.
Wanted to make spouse routine popcorn before bed, asked to use a microwave some where???. someone brought one to room(thought that was nice) NO.... $20, without notification of charge!! and it did not work! We could hare people TALKING in rooms next to us and in hall way! not enjoyable

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was helpful and kind. Our room was quiet and dark for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable as well. I have a bad back and this is the first hotel in which I didn’t wake up with back pain!

Did not have room in the comments, I was going to say the one negative is that there were some issues with check out. Seems that desk staff did not communicate well with billing department and invoices on both rooms were not right. Even after being told it was straightened out I had to call back to talk with the finance/billing department to get it straightened out and still emailed incorrect invoice and finally got straightened out.

Stayed here on a Thursday night. Apparently the same night as a party. Walls must be thin? We could hear everything, voices, music, screaming laughter at one point from outside the front of the hotel. Will try again sometime and hope it's a bit calmer. I did express this to the front desk clerk. Also, have not yet received refund for $75 incidental fee. Which was not disclosed when I made the room reservation.

Your bank should release those funds back to you in a timely fashion.
