I liked Angel Inn, once I got there. When I made the reservation, and confirmed, I found the staff not knowledgeable. They kept saying I pay at the desk, but it was prepaid.

Once I arrived, I found the staff okay. They took my card for incidentals.It is almost a distrust of mine when hotels do this.

The hotel itself is very clean. I found nothing wrong with the room. They told me it used to be a Hampton Inn. There were 2 beds, a refrigerator, microwave, table, a couple of chairs, bathroom with a hair dryer. The room was sparkling clean.

The breakfast was crowded, and had to take our food back to the room, which was quite a hike, every morning. The hotel sits on Green Mountain Drive. It is off the strip, and actually with the traffic, once you figure out alot of things can be found easily by taking Green Mountain Drive, it's easy.

We had a room upstairs. There are elevators.Parking, once you figure out the lay out, is easy as long as there's not a bunch of people. Wifi worked, for the most part. I didn't use the pool.

Breakfast was hectic. Especially when a tour bus arrived the night before. I would stay here again, but Branson has several hotels equally as well received.

For your best sleep experience we provide Pillow top beds that are Dr. Choice Therapeutic from the European Collection. We also provide synthetic down gusseted pillows for a very comfortable sleep.We have fridge, microwave, hair dryers and in room coffee makers in all of our rooms, among just a few of our amenities.

We are located just off Hwy 76 Strip and Green Mountain Dr., close to shopping, shows and attractions. Our staff is happy to offer any help with suggestions if needed.

Your room was booked through an online site so those rooms are charged the morning of arrival.
All reservations require a valid picture id and valid credit card for verification and incidentals
This is a common practice of hotels.

My husband & myself have always staid at top notch Resorts, but decided to try to save some $. So we picked this place to stay with our 3 children. It is your average walk in from the street motel. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms came equipped with refrigerator, microwave and hairdryer. The rooms were suppose to come with free wifi, but that is a little bit of this motels problem. We needed a room with wifi to finish some business and it was so slow you couldn't log onto until late hours at night or early morning hours. Two days we were without wifi all together. Which the staff was trying their best to get fix, but ended up having to call a tech to fix the next day. We let staff know of this problem, and they said they know they need a bigger router. We did take use of the indoor pool and hot tub with the kids ranging from 4-16. It was a little cool, but they didn't seem to mind to much. The continental hot breakfast, was that. Day 1, biscuit & gravy, or cereal, or mini mini pancakes or canned fruit. Day 2 French toast, cereal, mini mini pancakes, canned fruit. Day 3, Biscuit & Gravy, cereal, mini mini pancakes. You get the idea. It was ok, and it was free so we aren't complaining to much, but on Day 4 we decided to start eating else were. There was plenty of parking. For the most part, we enjoyed staying here for the $ and would stay here again, hopefully next time with better wifi.

Room Tip: When reserving the room, they give you a choice of stair rate, elevator rate and if you can handle a flight or two of stairs. Save the dollar's take the stairs. Also if you candle handle being up one flight or two, save dollar's by not taking the lower level.

So please to hear our staff was friendly & helpful. We are here for you, to help make your vacation the most pleasant it can be. Glad you enjoyed the deluxe continental breakfast
where we have a vast amount of breakfast items. Our breakfast starts at 6:30 am and is served until 9:30 am every morning. We offer biscuits and peppered gravy and alternate French toast and eggs daily for variety. We have a brand new pancake machine that is the talk of the breakfast area. It is operated by the guest depending on how many pancakes you so desire. We serve fresh donuts daily from our local bakery for your sweet tooth. We have several kinds of juices from apple, kiwi strawberry, and Real orange juice. The coffee pot is always on 24 hrs. a day in the lobby/breakfast area.
We provide blueberry bagels, plain bagels, wheat and white toast. Also available is a variety of
cereals, from fruity whirls, raisin bran and toasty oats. If you so desire, hot cereal we have variety
of different flavors to choice from. We have fruit also served every morning, from a fruit cocktail mixture to fresh apples.
We appreciate you letting us know of the wifi issue you encountered glad it was taken care promptly. We will look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit with us to the Angel Inn.

Most of the front desk staff was really great. They were nice and very helpful, but overworked. The housekeeping service left a bit to be desired. Our room was completely skipped one day, the floor was nasty. After taking a shower and walking around on the floor before bed, my childrens feet were black. I was also a bit upset at the thoroughness of the cleaning. My dad dropped something behind the bedside table and we found two diapers (un-used thank goodness) that were not the brand my child uses. The swimming pool was nice, (even though there were no towels, notified the front desk, and after waiting for 30 minutes we walked back to the room), hot tub did need to be clean, but the location was good. The continental breakfast also was a bust. It primariarly consisted of donuts, three types of cereal and so-so biscuits and gravy. Rumor has it this hotel along with some others have been bought by someone....hopefully things will improve.

This is mine and my hubby's second time to stay at Angel Inn. We love staying here. We get a king bed, which is amazing, and the pollows are so comfy. We only stayed for two nights this time, and had breakfast the last day. The breakfast is still my only complaint. I do like the boiled eggs, but the biscuits and gravy still could be better. And the forks are so flimsy its hard to use. But I'm not there for the breakfast. We will definitely still come back.

Thank you for your recent review of our hotel. We are always very appreciative to hearing our guests comments and suggestions. Regarding the comment on the gravy we serve, it is a peppered gravy. We do not have a full kitchen with grease trap, therefore are not allowed per
the Branson Health Department to serve any meat products. We do offer boiled eggs for protein.
We are pleased you enjoyed the hotel's comfortable beds, they are pillow tops from the Denver Mattress company, from their European Therapeutic Collection and our pillows are a synthetic gusseted pillows. We will look forward to your next visit with us.

Very impressed with this hotel. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.It's right off the 76 strip which makes it very easy to get to all the local attractions. The price is great as well!! We will definitely stay here again.
