About 10 pm on a recent Friday night, a whole quadrant of the machines went off-line. While you could play by inserting money into the machines, they would not accept vouchers. The cash kiosk machines also would not accept vouchers. Every time you wanted to switch machines, you had to cash out and take your voucher to the cashier. Also the machines would not recognize your players card, so basically we played for 3 hours without earning any play credit. I did inform casino staff several times about the problem and was told they were aware and working on bringing the system back online. When I asked about the play credit I was loosing, they offered me an iSLE t-shirt -- Really? The problems persisted for at least hours (we finally left out of frustration at midnight). In over 3 hours on a Friday night they didn't have techs available to fix the system. Unacceptable!
