We went there on a cold rainy night for happy hour. Nice warm ambiance and great happy hour specials. Half price appetizers with good selection, not the typical deep fried fare of many restaurants. We shared a large meat and cheese tray with grapes, dried fruit, nuts, and basket of breads. Dry rubbed wings were very good. $5 glasses of " selected wines" and nice local beer selection.

Enjoyed a nice dinner with a group of 6. Had reservations which were needed on a Friday night. Service was better than average however our first round of drinks took way too long to arrive. The soups were amazing. Those that ordered steak, chicken and scallops were pleased. I had the fish special, sea bass, which was nothing special. Some sound treatment to lower the ambient noise would be an improvement, table cloths would help with decor and sound.

While visiting St. Louis, a friend and I stopped here to eat. So glad we did. The scallops were so good. The hummus was good, but I would try a different choice the next time. I would love to go back on an evening they had live music.

I like all the different areas of the restaurant and wine bar. You have the sit down restaurant, bar area with a view of the kitchen and then outside bar with fire pit and live entertainment. We had a party of four and everyone enjoyed there dinner and appetizer(selection of meats, cheeses and fresh and dried fruits). The menu is varied enough just about any palette. We had fresh grilled grouper to pork chops. Don't forget the wine selection. It is varied enough but not so large you cannot choose.

Dinner was very good and was presented very nicely. We felt the pace was faster than the elegant food deserved. Our server was very polite but seemed to have more tables than she could attend to nicely, so when our dinners came she did not pay attention that we were not eating (after she took the order of the table next to us) and failed to notice we did not have any forks. She forgot to bring a beer after it was ordered until 15 min passed. Silly little oversights that indicate she had too many tables to take care of and they should have more waiters. Other observations that kept this from being 5 star: the first Pepper Mill the server attempted to use was empty, and the second one looked all beat up with the veneer all cracked off from the poor thing being slammed down so often; the server had trouble locating spoons easily because the server station was not stocked properly. Not the end of the world by all means, and they were very busy, but just kept the experience a little shy of perfect. One of the nicest things about the restaurant aside from the food is the nice building, great location, and very ample parking (not always so in Chesterfield). I look forward to going back.
