The Garden House is possibly the most "user friendly" B&B we have stayed in. The public rooms are comfortable and inviting to sit and browse through books and magazines, water and snacks are offered in the rooms, and overall we had a very relaxing experience. Obviously the winter had not been kind to the house (yes the porch needs some tender loving care) but it is under renovation and should be a wonderful addition to sit on a summer evening. Plan on strolling to downtown Hannibal, and definitely take the ghost tour! Enjoy a dinner at LaBinnah (Hannibal spelled backward) and re-enter a time without electronic clutter.
