We had never been to Hermann, Mo so didn't know quite what to expect. It was in early September and not may tourist were in town. October is the big month. The B&B was up on a hill off the street with lots of trees surrounding the house. We got there on Friday afternoon for a two-day stay. There was a note on the door to come in and make ourselves at home, the owner had a Dr. appt. Our rooms were identified with a sticky note. The rooms were clean, with no TV or radio. There was no cable in the house at all and a very sparse number of DVD's to watch. Breakfast on Saturday morning consisted of donuts from the local shop and some fruit. The owner had a emergency babysitting job and did not get anything out of the frig.
Overall, we probably would not go back. However, this B&B is much more reasonably price that others in town. If you not needing TV or big breakfasts, this would be a good place for a reasonable price.More
