This is a bar, first and foremost, and a local's bar at that. With that said they do have about ten tables behind the bar for traveler's and people who just don't want to drink. The best part is there are no kids and it is quiet other than the tv's and talking at the bar. The service is a little slow and food preparation is slow so come to sit, drink, and relax. I had a Reuben sandwich and the fish and chips. The Reuben was probably the best one I have ever had so I would definitely recommend that one, however the fish and chips were good but not great. They just needed a little more seasoning but were fresh and hot and not oily. The prices were good and for adults who want some "me" time and want to glimpse at an American version of a British pub this is your place. The entire street has a British look so it is very unique and worth a look. This place also has a lot of American food on the menu so it's more pub food than British pub food. I think it would be a great lunch spot or early dinner spot but keep in mind it is mostly bar food, it's not a restaurant, so service is minimal. I'd probably have to good back and try a few more things to get a real feel for the food but I had a good time and did not feel ripped off. I think the other reviews are dead on. Try it for something different a few miles outside of Branson.
