Stayed 3 nights & tried the restaurant but whilst there were smiles, the service was too slow. Locals had been telling me to avoid it because it was slow - I see what they mean. Its not the fault of the staff ....always management's fault, because they're paid to provide resources.

Not impressed with the receptionist who provided a second door card - but ommitted to say that multiple cards have to be programmed simultaneously. The new one deactiviated the first one, so the first one had to be re-proogrammed, as did the second one. der

Staff as always were both friendly and could not do enough to help especially the dark haired lady receptionist who is leaving shortly (sorry I didnot get her name)! Rooms as always clean and functional. Beds so large and comfortable. Another cracking stay here. I would not hesitate to return

we recently under took a mini-rugby trip to Lisburn basing ourselves in Premier Inn (17 children & 18 adults). A couple pre-arrival calls to Chris & Christine ensured everything was ready for us on arrival. The hotel was excellent value, for both the rooms & meals(we ate dinner & breakfast in the hotel). The restaurant & hotel staff were extremely friendly & helpful.
On returning home I noticed an issue of overcharging on the bill. I rang the hotel and Chris had it sorted within the day, so no problem.

We only booked one night here and booked a more central hotel in the city for the remainder of our stay but wish now we'd booked our entire stay at this hotel.

Free parking, friendly and helpful staff and a great restaurant.

All the staff were friendly but special mention must go to the young man on the reception desk who was so welcoming and made us feel at ease straightaway. The room was clean and the shower worked properly - always a bonus! The area was quiet, only just out of the city but easy to reach all the main attractions.

We had dinner in the restaurant (The Linen House) - we loved it. Great portions, great taste. It was quite busy but we were given a table straightaway and the service was just an efficient. No complaints regarding breakfast either.

We would definitely stay here again.

The Premier Inn in Lisburn, County Antrim proved to be the right choice for our trip to Belfast for the Irish Dancing Championships. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere was just what we needed. We had two rooms beside each other which had a connecting door. Chris, the receptionist, was most helpful and obliging, he could not do enough for us. He opened the adjoining door, the children staying in one room and the adults in the other (until bedtime), they were constantly in and out but it saved us from constantly answering the main door to their knocking for entry and there was no running and shouting in the corridor - bothering other guests.

We were going to stay the second night in the Premier Inn in Belfast - but the price was more than double, the staff were like robots and only interested in getting us to stay in one particular car park (obviously on commission) for GBP18 for 24 hours, and when we said we saw one for GBP4.50 for full day, he disputed this saying no that was not the case --- we found the car park for GBP4.50 and stayed there for the day but returned to Lisburn instead for the night. No parking for Premier Inn Belfast -- car parks - and roadside parking when they close.

The difference staff and policies make is unbelievable....

Room Tip: If booking two rooms -- request at time of booking that they are together as you can arrange for con...

Stayed here for the 2nd time this year. It's a lovely hotel with great parking and a great restarant on site. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
It's a great base for visiting Belfast which we did.

Room Tip: Had a family room with connecting doors!

bar staff and receptionist great but unless you book early and get a good rate the whole premier inn chain is getting expensive for a 1 person stay by the time you pay £80 for the room £8 for breakfast and £3 for wifi.

Would stay again if got a much cheaper rate if not would look elswhere
