We spend two days in Paracas and Emotion Peru arranged tours to Ballestas Islands, flights over nazca lines, and the Ica city tour. Our guide Carlos arranged everything according to my requiremetns, and showed great amount of flexibility when unexpected things happened: our bus arrived 1hour later but he was there waiting patiently, the trip to Ballestas was delayed due to fog but he was always there by the port trying to get the most recent update for us. We were happy with all arrangements.
The thing to improve is Carlos's english, we can only talk over simple topics and use simple words. I think Carlos' other colleagues speak quite good english though.

My wife and I spent a few days in Parracas, Peru. We initially called the tour company through our hotel, which was extremely expensive. After reading reviews for Emotion Tour we decided to give them a call. What followed was an exceptional experience. Charlie (Carlos) ca,e to our hotel to discuss the tour options. We booked a Ballestas Island Tour as well as a tour of Parracas Reserve. Charlie picked us up at our hotel and delivered us to each tour, he was very friendly and even changed our bookings at no cost after my wife became ill. I would recommend this company to anyone visiting the Parracas area of Peru.

This is a bit of a long review, but the important part is near the end!
We booked a tour of Ballestas Islands and Paracas National Reserve with Charlie (Carlos) from Emotion Tour Peru. We booked the trip with him on super short notice (12 hours), and he got it all together for us. We were coming into Paracas on an overnight bus, and were scheduled to arrive at 730 am, where he said he would meet and transfer us to the boat. Our bus didn't arrive until 800 am but he was patiently waiting, took our bags and rushed us past the crowds (felt SO VIP!) to the boat portion of the tour.
When we arrived back to the mainland he was there waiting for us. He still had our bags in the trunk of his car and took us to our hotel to check in. Because I was having problems communicating with our non-English host, Charlie stuck around to help us with the check-in process. He then told us he would meet us in 1 hour for to take us to the second half of our tour. Which we went on, enjoyed and was a great day altogether.
After arriving back at our accommodations (that we booked OURSELVES) we realized that our sheets were dirty, no wifi and our window, beside the door, did not lock so the door could be opened effortlessly through the window. We didn't know what to do so I went to Charlie's office. He wasn't there but the girl in the office told me that he would meet me at our hotel in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later he was there. I explained the situation and told him I didn't know what to to do. So Charlie said he would go talk to them. We went in, he explained the safety/cleanliness, etc and ended up being able to get us in a new (affiliated-but different hotel) at no extra charge. Charlie is the BEST!!!
These tours that are offered I'm sure are all close to the same, but Charlie is one of a kind!
