Clean, nonsmoking room was smoke free. Breakfast was mediocre at best and bbed was not updated when room was.

I saw on here where you did not like our breakfast choices. What exactly could we add or change that would improve your opinion on our breakfast. My name is Matthew Miller and i am the new General Manager at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Joplin. I take all my guests suggestions to heart after all the guest is our main priority. My goal as a GM is to give that exceptional guest experience from the time they arrive to the time the depart. If we are lacking in any area i want to know.
