Booked my reservation online and that worked great. Drive 3 hours to get there from Wichita, and when I get there they say that they can't find my reservation. OK, do you have a room available? Yep, but they have nothing like the room I reserved there (king suite). This is the point at which I start getting irritated and they start being extremely rude, while at the same time being extremely happy that the problem with my reservation is Expedia's fault and not theirs.
Wanting to enjoy my vacation with my girlfriend, I went around the corner to the Fairfield and proceeded to have a great weekend.
The next week I find out that the so-called Hotel had charged my girlfriend's father's credit card for both nights. A big hassle ensues and we find out that they are now claiming that they found my reservation while I was there, but I cussed them out and left. As this point they still have no defense for the room I reserved not existing. Two months later my girlfriends father and I are still fighting to have the charges reversed, I've lodged a complaint with their corporate offices and I'm looking into criminal fraud charges.
