2nd visit to this hotel for business. Spent 3 nights in a Junior Suite. Check in was seamless and front desk was accommodating in offering options. Upgraded to a Pure suite for my allergies for $25 per night more. When I arrived at the room, I saw the bath had a tub/shower combo. I know from my previous visits that they have stand up showers so I called down as was promptly moved to another suite. Now having stayed in a King room and a JR. Suite, I don't think I would pay again for the extra space. It really just wasn't worth it.
Clean, efficient, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and pressure. Did not use any hotel amenities on this visit so interaction with staff was minimal. As during my last stay, occupancy seemed very low as you rarely see more than a few people milling about at any hour of the day.
The location remains unbeatable. Steps away to many restaurants, bars and conveniences. This will be the go to hotel for all future visits for KC.
