Very a five star resort but probably the best hotel option at Lake Ozark for families with kids (mine are 1 and 6). Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is fine although the staff at Parrot bar should be more friendly. The breakfast is ok. There are very good restaurants at the hotel and nearby. You can rent a boat from their marina for a reasonable price. All in all it was a good weekend experience.

My boyfriend and I took a week off of work to get away and chose to stay at this resort. When we checked in we asked for recommendations on things to do, places to eat, and sites to see. The front desk told us about everything on the resort grounds but had no clue on anything off-site... not helpful. Housekeeping woke us up at 8am every morning- and as 2 people who are workaholics, we were not happy with the fact that we were not able to sleep in on our vacation. The comforter on our bed was stained and we asked housekeeping to replace it and received one that was even dirtier than the last... gross! Our paitio door didn't lock, and since we were on the main floor, I didn't feel safe. They sent someone to come fix it and he told us just to close it tight and use the chain lock and go out the other door... again, not helpful. We did end up renting jet-skis one day that was a lot of fun and the people working down at the marina on the resort were great. Very friendly and helpful. The bartenders at the pool side bar were very friendly and great to talk to. Unfortunately, I asked for one of the drinks on the menu and the bartender told me their boss created all these drinks but did not provide them with the ingredients to make them. Oh, and dont plan on eating outside, you will be attacked by flies!

We recently spent a weekend at the Lodge, we have a very enjoyable time. Our 4 year old grandson loves it there so much to do. On a trip during the chilly rainy time we accidently found a play room for our then 3 year old. We enjoyed it as much as he did. This is truly a great place to relax, so much do to and food is excellent.

Room Tip: If you want quiet this is the place but alot of outside activities are close by. The staff is great

My family recently spent four nights in a two-bedroom Avila luxury suite, and the accommodations were fantastic! The balcony provided a lovely view of the rest of the lodge just down below, and the lake behind that. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in our home-away-from-home. The kids thought it was awesome having a tv in the bathroom. We enjoyed the volleyball and badminton courts close by, and took advantage of several of the pools on the premises. There were daily activities including bingo at the pool and movie nights (kid-friendly and grown-up movie times). We had a blast and can't wait to go back!

My husband & I needed to get away for a few days & The Lodge of Four Seasons was exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly & helpful, the room was clean with tons of space & a great patio area. It is extremely reasonable & it would be unnecessary to leave the resort if you so choose. There are a zillion things to do on the property & even though we were on a couple's getaway...it is also a very family friendly resort! We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews & I must say - we will be back to this beautiful area, hopefully next season!!!

Room Tip: The Seasons Bay area seems to be farther away from most of the activity & main lodge. We stayed...

Our family has repeatedly stayed at The Lodge of Four Seasons. It is a family favorite and a place we are willing to drive eight hours to get to! This July we stayed eight days and left refreshed and full of happy memories. The Lodge offers so much for a very reasonable price. There is a wonderful spa, three golf courses, a full marina, delicious restaurants, amazing artwork and furnishings, swimming pools, peaceful gardens, waterfalls.....even a movie theater. The Lodge has its very own personality and we love that about it. We hope it always stays true to its roots and keeps its one of a kind charm. The people who work at The Lodge have always been kind and helpful. All of our bedding was clean, comfortable and cozy. Our lodgings were sparkling clean. As the title says, we love staying here!!
