Not clean. Several sticky places on the vanity. Entry door frame almost black. Fairly large room
but just two straight chairs and one was stained to the point that you would not consider
sitting in it. I did not try the breakfast, the property is just too dirty.

We have stayed here several times while working in the area.............good comfortable beds and nice clean rooms. It is nice when you can go back at a later date, and the manager remembers who you are and asks, "how you have been". We will definitely stay here again.

This is an older property, previously branded as a TraveLodge. The rooms appear to have been recently painted and, except for the sticky (& somewhat dirty) doors, everything was serviceable. The first room that I was given had a sharp smell to it. The manager said something about new carpet installed but whatever, it was too much for me - I moved to another room. With the room fan running all night, I heard no outside noises. The vanity & sink could have used a more thourough cleaning. The desk, table lamp & power outlet need to all be closer together. The breakfast offerings and setting were basic. Overall, OK for an overnighter.

Stranded in a Mountain Grove with truck mechanical issues, we stayed a night in the Royal Inn & Suites. Check in was very pleasant and efficient. I actually looked at room before committing to staying and all looked good. Property is older and shoes it's age. We just wanted a clean, quiet room and we got that. There is a complementary breakfast but we had only coffee. For $63 it was clean and quiet with super nice staff.

Was pleasantly surprised to have a sofa, microwave and frig in the room. Room was clean. Several places to eat within walking distance. You don't need to make reservations through Hotelsone. Their website said only three rooms available, so I reserved one and paid the booking fee of approximately $15. When I got to the hotel, it was practically empty. Deceptive advertising on the part of Hotelsone.com
The one negative is their complimentary breakfast. It was a very sad looking set-up, desperately in need of help. For example, there was only one danish available, and it had been cut up into bite sized pieces and remember, the hotel was practically empty. However, I give it a good rating for a nice room and a good value.

Room Tip: Call the hotel directly to reserve a room and avoid getting a reservation through Hotelsone.com and...

Swimming pool closed, no cable, mattress cover had cigarette burns as well as bed spread. Bathroom floor moldy, dirty around edges. Breakfast was luke warm. Pool while listed on website did not appear to have been open in months. Have stayed here before and would have given four marks. What happened?

Room was ok, charged wrong rate at check in, should have been charged $65.41, 3days later still waiting for call from manager for refund from $69.99. Lady worker at check-in was unable to process refund (found that odd) AND I had to ask for my credit card back (did not like that at all). Still remodeling and the colors on the walls clashed with the curtains and bedspreads.

Room Tip: Was not given wi-fi password at check in (don't even know if they had wi-fi), close to restauran...
