Wobbly Boots has been praised by Southern Living, Golf Magzine, Lake Lifestyles, and the KC Star. Barbecue is the staple but the burgers, wings and soups are also fantastic.

“Good Ozark BBQ @ a great price.”

Good BBQ and a large menu to choose from. Best to visit during off times, due to long waits to get seated. Would visit here again. Fed our family of 4 for only $55!

“Horrible ”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 via mobile

I'm not understanding the good reviews on this place...this is NOT good BBQ!!! If you enjoy this BBQ you've never had real BBQ. It's warmed up, dry, COLD...and just tastes bad. Appetizers were from a frozen box. "Wet" I guess means a small squirt of sauce. So loud in here I left with a headache. Service was actually very nice...she did her best to make a horrible situation something halfway decent. Once again I must stress the BBQ is absolutely terrible. Never eat here again.

“Wings”
Reviewed 4 July 2014 via mobile

Very good BBQ wings. We came here for the fourth. The wings are bar b qued and have a great smoky flavor. The bartender was attentive and very friendly I would recommend this place for anyone in the Lake of the Ozarks arts.

“Not happy.”
Reviewed 4 July 2014 via mobile

Service was fine. Food terrible. We had boneless wings and onion rings as app. Wings were obviously frozen from a bag (way over cooked ate three and left rest) and rings were ok. Breading fell off after first bite. Ordered pulled pork Sammie and two meat plate. All food arrived Luke warm or cold. Sent back. Second time out arrived semi warm except our side of cheesy corn. Had to send it back twice. Meat was dry and tasted reheated. Could actually see half of brisket dis colored and dried until it was rock hard like it had been out of the juice on a steam table pan. Turkey was like pulled turkey and mostly gristle and fat. I will be honest, I am FAT AND LOVE FOOD!... I couldn't eat more than a few bites. Service was nice though but said nothing of us leaving more than 3/4 our plates untouched. We spent 73$ plus 22$ tip and felt cheated. We will never return.

“gone down hill”
Reviewed 26 June 2014

Last year, I would have said that this was by far, the best restaurant in town. But, the past two times that we have been there, I have to say that they have gone far down hill. Their mac & cheese used to be awesome but this time the pasta was way overcooked and it was served lukewarm at best. The sauce was so thick, that it stuck to your teeth. The "third slab of ribs" was really four random ribs (not the good cuts) served poorly on a plate. Not a good quality, and they seemed like "throw away" cuts. The pulled pork was also severely lacking. They claim to serve them "wet" (which any BBQ lover knows well), however they were served DRY, with a small smattering of BBQ sauce on top. When eaten, the pork which should be moist, was dry as well. Service was adequate, cleanliness was relatively adequate but overall, a bad experience. Beer was a very expensive $4. Wings are still good. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.
