Fantastic pizza! Cold beer at a great price! Our waitress went out of her way to ease the woes of my two very hungry & very tired granddaughters. The only downside was the salad bar. It was too small, the lettuce was dry & the other veggies were sparse.

My fiance and I came in for a late meal Tuesday night June 16,2014. We had just got done gathering supplies for a job he was doing and neither of us had eaten much all day.We were greeted warmly enough..or at least my fiance was by a thin redheaded female she practically through herself at him the entire time we were there.I believe her name was Tammy.I was so upset that we left.I dont believe we will be back. We have eaten there before and our last waitress was wonderful. Its a shame that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch..Maybe if they improve the quality of their staff we may return.

VeryUpsett:
Our apologies if you feel that one of our servers was more than friendly to your fiance'. We do not employ a "Tammy". We spoke to our staff who were on that evening and were assured that this was not the case. We have a question, was it possible that you may have been mad or angry from the beginning before your visit? We pride ourselves in happy, friendly service, however, not to be confused with your accusation of "Escort Service" on a public forum. Here's to hoping that you can talk to a manager or owner in the future at other establishments, rather than defaming a hard working company on a public forum about false claims. We wish you luck in your upcoming wedding and much success & happiness in your future. Sincerely.

Our condo is not too far from Chicago Brothers Pizza. We have been there a time or two over the years, but it was always too smoky for us. Since they have gone 100% non-smoking (kudos to the owners for that wise decision), we thought we should give it another try. We really, really wanted to like the place, but alas it was not to be. When we first walked in, I immediately noticed a very strong stale smoke smell - ewwww! One of the specials that eve was $2 off appetizers, so we ordered the zucchini "sticks" (which were actually zucchini rounds), and they were very good. The pizza looked pretty good when it came out, and the first few bites seemed tasty enough. The more we ate, though, we noticed that the tomato sauce had a super sweet flavor, plus the crust was soggy (not crisp), and it did not have enough cheese for our liking. The biggest problem, however, was later that night - both hubby and I ended up w/ "Montezuma's revenge" later that night, which was most unpleasant. I can't say for sure that it was from the pizza, but I can't say for sure that it wasn't. Judging from the reviews, it seems that our unfavorable opinion is in the minority. I hope that Chicago Brothers continues to be successful, but I doubt that we will return there.

Nanacof3,
We appreciate your review. We have been smoke free for a year now, and our apologies if you seemed to have smelled stale smoke. We utilized all avenues to try our best to delete this offensive claim. In fact, many have commented on how it doesn't carry the old nasty smell of smoke. But your comment is heard. We were in the process of menu change and product trials pertaining to the zucchini. The server should have notified you of the appetizers being chips not sticks, our apologies again. As for the pizza's, we pride ourselves in our homemade sauce and receive many compliments about our Northern recipe. We are not sure as to why you became ill, however, we did not receive any other calls or compaints pertaining to "Montezuma's revenge" then or ever in the 8 years we have been open. Not sure if you are a drinker, but alcohol tends to speed up the digestive track when over indulging. :) We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to tell us what is wrong with our establishment and encourage you to speak to a manager or owner in person in the future too. It helps to fix the issues at that time for a more pleasant experience for the customer.

Every time I visit CBP, they are working on improvements to the interior. The pizza is always fresh and delicious on the lunch buffet. On my most recent visit, the girl waiting tables was extra friendly and assured that each patron was satisfied with their food, drink, and other items. She was great!

It is nice to go to a place at The Lake that puts a good amount of emphasis on the local community. There were families, a local youth sports team and a good mix of weekend vacation goers the night we were there. Go early in the evening if you are taking the kids because it is a bar also and there isn't much of a separation between the dining area and the bar area. The pizza we had was delicious and the service was quick. One note ... there was a band playing when we were there and, while they were good, it was a bit too loud. The best part? It is non-smoking!!
