“You Still Can Get Something for Free”

If you think you can no longer get something for nothing you are wrong! This tour is free unless you upgrade for the Beer School Tour. The grounds are immaculate. You see beautiful flowers, Clydesdales, plus learning now the beer is brewed. Watching the cans and bottles fly by is amazing. Finish it off with the tasting room and it's a quality tour that gives you a good view of a historic brewery.

Awesome...well worth the upgrade to the Beermaster tour vs the free tour...the Beer School was very informative and interesting even for a novice beer drinker...staff was very accommodating and informative (gift shop etx).

Reviewed 14 January 2014

My husband loves beer and we decided to take the free brewery tour. Let me just say this tour is very impressive and we have taken ALOT of beer tours. From the Clydesdale horses to the working factory to the two free beer tastings of anything. This is the best tour! do not miss it

“This Bud's for You”
Reviewed 3 January 2014

We visited St Louis at the beginning of July 2012 and it turned out to be the hottest weather there in many years (118 degrees at one point) so a tour of a beer brewing facility seemed appropriate. Turned out to be an excellent choice. When you enter the visitor center, its like a museum in itself, full of displays and artifacts. Greeted by cheery guides they remain upbeat the entire tour. The first steps are into the horse stables/tack rooms. The building is magnificent, with each draft horse in its own stall, so clean you could eat off the floor. The leather, brass and wood of the carts and tack are polished to perfection. On to the brewing building, all again magnificent themselves. Huge staircase overlook the huge vats and bottling areas. The grounds are like a small town, with well kept streets and park like areas. After the walking tour, trams transport visitors back to the lounge where samples of all of Budweiser's products are provided. The perfect end to a fantastic tour....WELL WORTH THE TIME..

“Wow, that's a lot of beer!”
Reviewed 2 January 2014 via mobile

I can't say that I'm a huge fan of Budweiser, but I went on the brewmaster tour more to see how such a huge operation runs. I didn't even have a clue how massive it was!

The whole facility is on a large and old campus, and they do a great job of preserving the history and keeping it a modern facility. You get to see where the wort is boiled, fermented, and the beer getting "beechwood aged". Each step of the process done in a different building, with piping running all over the place. The buildings are old, but the brewing equipment is high-tech. I was impressed to see huge tanks of beer laid out horizontally, AND stacked four high! We even got to see the bottling facility, which is crazy just to see how much get ready to be shipped in such a short period of time.

Our tour guide was great, too. Very enthusiastic and proud, and she had a great knowledge of the facility as well.

You definitely have to check out this tour if you want to know more about Budweiser, have an interest in how beer is made, or how a large company gets it's product out to you from start to finish.
