We traveled with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time! The B&B is restored to its original beauty with many interesting details. The breakfast was always good with special attention to unusual breads and sweets. Lots of fun at the breakfast table with other guests!

The sleeping was very good- quiet, quiet, quiet.

We could come and go as we pleased with our own key to the front door and to our rooms.

The hostess, Marie, was remarkable! Very interesting to chat with about the history of the neighborhood, the house, etc. Her 2 boys were also very sweet and one plays the bassoon!

The location is a short walk to the MetroLink that will take you anywhere in the city. Parking (we had a rental car) was no problem because the street is private.

Would stay again for sure!

Room Tip: Upgrade if you can, the bigger rooms are magnificent!

6 neighbors stayed for 3 days in 3 wonderful rooms in this quiet friendly B&B. Marie was attentive to our needs and offered advice and counsel. Noras room was spacious and very comfortable and was a welcome retreat after walking the nearby park and visiting neighborhood restaurants. Located on a side street away from traffic gives one the feeling of being removed-very private. Our innkeeper was thoughtful and accomodated us when travel issues arose making for a thoroughly wonderful stay. Efficiently managed, clean and friendly. Thanks.

Room Tip: Noras room has view of side garden, spacious.

This is a great B&B for families. There is a park with a playground across the street and great restaurants just a block away. Marie was a wonderful hostess. She was very sweet to our children ages 5 and 8. My husband and me slept great on the tempur-pedic beds. We had plenty of clean towels and nice toiletries. We enjoyed our stay at the Lehmann House.

The Lehmann House B&B was even better than we'd imagined. It's a handsome 19th-century structure, lovingly furnished, on a quiet street in a convenient and pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood. While beautifully run as a B&B, it is also a home--with musical instruments in the parlour, family mementos in the library, and real houseplants throughout. We were very comfortable in the Maids' Room at the rear of the house and appreciated its many extra touches: terry robes, quality toiletries, a lovely selection of teas. Marie is an excellent cook and a rich source of information about the area and the city. We hope to return!

Wow! A magnificent building in a quiet, old world setting. The first impression of this Victorian mansion is that it is a little faded but the tasteful and thorough renovation provides period charm and modern facilities. The renovation continues. The hostess is charming and the breakfast particularly good - home cooked and imaginative. Not to be missed. Friens in St Louis thought that the price was at the top end, but it was worth every penny. I would not hesitate book again.
