“Interesting statues”

The garden has lots of different statues in a relativelz small area. In a warm day, all the kids plays around the water fountains. Cool!

“Shady sculptures”
Reviewed 13 August 2014

A short walk beyond the Old Courthouse brings you to the City Garden. On a hot day there are several creative fountains for the kiddies (and shame-free adults) to splash in. Put this on your route for a downtown walk through St Louis.

“What a Gem!”
Reviewed 12 August 2014 via mobile

We were looking for an inexpensive activity to do after dinner with two kids (elementary and middle school age). So, at the suggestion of the hotel concierge, we walked 4 blocks to the park not really knowing what to expect. Arriving at City Garden, we were pleasantly surprised by the creativity, beautiful artistry, and clever designs displayed throughout the park. Every child seemed to have a smile as he or she engaged with one of the objects in the park.

Hats off to the visionaries who designed the concept for City Garden and the artists whose work populates the park, they did a awesome job!

“Pretty”

It was a beautiful walk the length of 3 blocks. Fountains, sculptures and flowers made it very romantic. It was very clean and well maintained.
