“Who dat say dat naw'lins food?”

Beautiful menu but the food pictured on the menu is not what you will get. Imagine a large bowl of white rice now imagine a larger bowl that's yours. You get a very large bowl of rice covered with a couple of tablespoons of spicy gray wallpaper paste. Come to think of it everything is gray. The rice was so old it was gray. Despite the other ingredients every thing is a dark gray. Don't order a poor boy as what they offer is not what is commonly known as a poor boy. Stale bread covered with, you guessed it gray paste including rice. Tried the crawfish cheese dip. Gray spicy muck and if there was a crawfish in there it had long ago turned to mush. It looks like the kind of place where every item comes frozen in a plastic bag from somewhere else. My bet is that other place is not New Orleans! Don't waste your time or your money!

“Good food and different quick service place”
Reviewed 30 January 2014

Had dinner here last night after seeing the menu online (less prices) and it sounded like a few places i ate at in Memphis on Beale Street. The food was good quality and not too bad of prices. The Po Boys were $7.50 and come with chips. I think the etifoutte was about the same price. You order at the counter and then they make it for you right then. So its really quick to get in there and eat with no waiter service. With a small soda it was $10 and they do have some sort of punch card system. My friend also enjoyed his food. I'd recommend the Drunken chicken or if you like spicier the Vodoo chicken. The nice thing was at the counter where you order they will give you samples of whatever first so that you know if you like it. The dining rooms decent size and has the mardi gras/new orleans theme going on, along with some Cardinal stuff in the table. I'd go back but its not close to me.

Rating - I'd give it a "Good" but since thats not an option on here I had to go with Average instead of Very Good.
