Located in beautiful repurposed train station. Rooms are very clean and accommodating. The climate control was a bit off, too warm, but the hotel is under renovation so hopefully this will be remedied. Attached to a mall with a food court. Metro link train is also close by. Self park is $16 with no in/out privilege.

We needed a place to stay in order to make an early haspital visit. The hotel and staff were very accomodating and though the reson for the stay was not that pleasant, the stay itseld was very pleasant.

Wonderful, quiet, comfortable accommodations with superb amenities. Excellent food and superior friendly service from all the staff. Walk into the Concierge Lounge -- they welcome you, introduce themselves, ask you your name (and remember it!) making for a very personable experience. A great place to relax, visit, and enjoy tasty appetizers or breakfast fare. Oh, and don't forget the chocolate chip cookie at check in! A great place to stay when you visit St. Louis!

Everything I thought it would be. Renovations were taking place but still a great stay. can't wait to go back and visit more of St. Lous. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. History was rich.

My car was robbed of cash and a mini tape recorder while it was in valet. The cash was in the arm rest in the center console of the car. The mini-tape recorder was sitting on the back seat. The windows were not broken in the car. The valets were the only ones with the keys and access to the car all weekend. I didn't realize that any of it was missing until I stopped for gas (almost 100 miles away). At that point, I knew that they got me. I can only imagine how many people that they get on any given day. The hotel 'strongly recommends' that you use the valets. I strongly recommend that they know what they are hiring at their hotel.
