The Union Station is amazing. The light shows in the main room are a blast and the food is excellent. It was a rainy couple days but there is plenty to do and see right in the station. Great bed and wonderful staff. I had a blast here and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has to be one of the best I've been in. Colin at the front desk and Randy at the front door was awesome. Hilton should use these two as a training model for their hotel line. Our room was one of the newly remodeled room and they are still working on the other rooms. We never noticed any noise from construction. the lobby in it's self is something to see.

We just returned from our first stay in this hotel. We were there for a week-long conference. Breakfast was not included with the regular room rate, so I paid $19 more for an upgrade that included it, plus got a room with a view of the fountains on Market Street. Considering that the breakfast buffet cost $15 each, I came out ahead (there were two of us).
ALL the staff were very courteous and "bent over backward" to make us feel like special guests during our stay. The only negative was that the air cooling system seemed to not work as well between midnight and 6:00am. Maybe that is a power saving measure, but it got a little warm at night (in August).
I would stay here again and will recommend it to others. A very nice St. Louis hotel, convenient to the Arch and other attractions.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were up to date. Location was perfect for downtown events. Our group requested some connecting rooms and for certain guests to be located in rooms close to each other. The hotel staff made those arrangements without a hitch. The rooms were clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The restaurant where we ate breakfast both mornings accommodated our group by allowing us to take over a private room one morning and moved tables around for us the next. The waiters were friendly and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very good in most ways. I was there for a convention, the staff was excellent and helpful. The distance needed to travel form the guest rooms to the meeting site was extreme. We had many elderly attending, with walkers and rolaters, and they had alot of difficulty with the distance. As mentioned before, the staff was just outstanding with transporting our members to the meeting site.
