I can not express enough how great my stay has been here at the Drury Inn on Broadway in St Louis Missouri. The staff is the most pleasant staff I have seen in all my years if travel. The extras here are nice, the rooms are fantastic and the location suburb. But the best thing about this place is it's people, that always have a smile and a kind word.

A friend and I stayed here during an educator convention. We wanted somewhere within walking distance but school budgets wouldn't allow for the pricier hotels suggested by the convention. We were THRILLED with the more budget-conscious Drury! The hotel is clean and the bedding incredibly comfortable. Some people have complained about the interior rooms, but we didn't have a problem with it -- we weren't in the room long enough for it to really be a problem. There was very little, if any, noise from the atrium area but we were at the opposite end from the dining. Breakfast was wonderful but the "snack" in the evening was above and beyond--it was not a snack, it was a full meal! The parking is free and they let us park in the garage early in the morning before we checked out and we were able to stay late into the afternoon the next day after checkout. We even we able to take the car from the garage and park back in there, for free, after we had checked out. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, full of knowledge and useful suggestions, and amazingly sweet. If I ever need another hotel downtown, this would definitely be the one I would choose, and I know my friend agrees. Thanks, Drury!!

Room Tip: I had no problem with an interior room, if you don't like people outside of your door you might...

Stayed 2 nights for a Saints/Rams game next door at the Edward Jones Dome. Very convenient, I didn't need a coat to cross the street in cold weather because I could look down and see which ticket lines were moving fast so I could get inside quickly. The hotel is an old building renovated very nicely and kept up very well. Breakfast/drinks area is huge, breakfast is very good quality, clean and replenished promptly. Better than a Hampton Inn in all respects except donuts which were just ok. Room was a 2 room small suite, very comfortably laid out. Bathroom was well appointed and well maintained. Fastest check in ever at the front desk, I believe. Desk clerks were pleasant and attentive. Lobby is huge as well, several guests (Saints fans) were lounging and hanging out with a view of the city sidewalk. No fee for private parking garage on the 4th floor, easy access to inside elevators that take you to your room floor. No hassle fast wi-fi. No charge for the cat we kept in the room. Had a great stay, highly recommended.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms with plenty of outlets. Terrific breakfast and happy hour food in the evening. They just need some ventilation in the fitness room. Other than that it is typical Drury excellence.

We drove from Tinley Park to St. Louis to catch a Bears vs. Rams game. This hotel is awesome! The parking is free! The breakfast buffet was good. From 5:30 to 7:00 they offer another buffet with hotdogs, mac n cheese, baked potatoes, soup, and three drinks! There is a casino across the street. The hotel is about 5 blocks from the Arch. I loved the fact that you walk out your hotel door and the Dome is right next door!!! We will be coming back. The whole staff was nice, especially Dante.

Room Tip: I would choose a room overlooking the breakfast area on the 5th floor. You get a little patio with a...

Drove from N. Wisconsin to St. Louis for a convention. Chose the Drury due to FREE parking. Also got FREE wi-fi, FREE breakfast, and FREE (late afternoon) food and drink. A friend stayed at one of the "pricier" hotels and got NONE of those for FREE! Did I say the FREE parking was covered? Did I say that there were FREE soft drinks and popcorn from 3:00-10:00 PM? So, you ask, how far away from the convention were you? We were right next door! Why stay anywhere else? Right next to America's Center Convention Hall, right next to the football stadium, walking distance (in warmer weather, anyway) to the Arch, to the Casino, to night life, and just a mile down Broadway to the "Blues Triangle." (We drove, remember?) The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Don't know when we'll be back to this great city, but whenever it is, we know where we'll be staying!

Room Tip: Ask for an "outside" room if you don't want to open directly onto the pool/breakfast a...
