Doubletree is the only hotel offering an airport pickup, that I could find in Springfield MO, when my flight was cancelled. Everything about this hotel was excellent, especially Ian at the front desk.

The hotel is always nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful and congenial. The quality of the mattress has declined, and needs to be replaced. We will look at other hotels in the area if the mattresses are not replaced.

The nicest hotel in which I have stayed, in the Springfield, MO area. Hotel was clean, and gum equipment was in good working order. Will def stay here again, next time I am in Springfield. Hotel staff was friendly, and helpful. Of course, cookie was a warm and welcomed treat upon arrival.

The hotel was very nice for the price. We stayed only one night. The check in was fast and friendly. We stayed in a honors room on the second highest floor. It was nicely decorated. My only issues with the room were the ceiling was very low. It felt a little closed in. There was a large stain on the carpet right in the walkway once you got in the room. The last and most important is the beds were hard. I had difficulty sleeping due to the firmness of the mattress. The mattress is really the most important part of the stay next to cleanliness.

The room appeared clean aside from the stain. The pool area and hot tub were really nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The only thing I disliked was you had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. I was a little embarrassed walking back through the lobby wet.

Overall it was a nice stay and if you like a firm mattress I would definitely recommend.

This is a pleasant hotel with courteous people, clean rooms and all the amenities one expects in a great hotel. I have stayed here several times and their consistency is dependable. Their breakfasts are very good.
