El Nopal is difficult to find - it is behind AT&T in the same building. The inside is clean and attractive, but the food was well below average for Mexican. Service was poor. When we asked if they had whole beans in place of refried, the wait person said no and seemed angry that we would ask. The place was almost empty, but our wait person disappeared for long periods.
