We took the tour and had a great time looking at the renewed production of Bourbon at this location after 30 years! The 3 aluminum sided warehouses seem to be in pretty good shape after their hiatus and they have done a great of making this place tour friendly.
A must see when you are in Weston!

We toured the distillery many years ago when it was McCormick. It was very interesting back then. Now that it has revived as Holladay, it is cleaner, modern, and more exciting than ever.

This is one of the best "factory" tours we have ever been on. Our guide was outstanding. You will get a good look at the entire production process from the spring water to bottling.

Of course the tasting afterwards is what many might come for and it will not disappoint. There is no rushing and they make you feel at home. The distillery is a great complement to the new and improved Weston, in which Holladay also operates a shop.

Great time and tour at Holladay Distillery. Lovely grounds, fun tour guide, lots to learn (I did not know the difference between Bourbon and Whiskey - now I do). Good tasing room, good products. Takes less than 2 hours. Can't wait until the first batch of Bourbon is ready in 2019.

Favorite Weston activity. The tour is well worth $10! We did a 10:30 tour on a Saturday and it was perfect. The distillery wasn't packed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The distillery is beautiful, especially in the fall. Everything is well maintained. Loved all the history! I think anyone would enjoy this and there were all ages of people on tours. At the end of the tour you can taste all the products. Their bourbon is not aged yet so you can't try it but the other options were tasty.
