My wife and I had a very relaxing, comfortable stay at the Benner House in Weston. There is nothing like feeling totally welcomed and appreciated by the owners. The decorations and exceptional upkeep of this treasure was beyond our expectations.
Besides all this, the breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start our day.

Room Tip: All rooms have modern fixtures and restrooms. We loved the Garden View Room.

If Weston hadn't already won me over with it's charm, the Benner Bed and Breakfast would have done it single-handedly anyway. The Benner House strikes a good balance between cozy and luxurious, perfect for a low-key weekend getaway. There are no lack of amenities here - a pool, hot tub, and a 24-hr courtesy room with beverages and homemade snacks will ensure you are well-taken care of. The inn itself is just a lovely place to stay at, so definitely reserve some time to just sit out on the porch or explore the cute rooms adorned with antiques. Our private room was tidy and comfortable. But perhaps the most credit here goes to Sheri, who was not only an excellent cook (her homemade cinnamon buns were fantastic!) but also such a warm and inviting hostess. The Benner House is truly a gem - highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Benner House for a bachelorette party! Sheri was such a kind hostess, giving us free reign of the house, providing snacks and helping us track down a lost item at O'Malley's from the night before. Breakfast was delicious! I will definitely be recommending the Benner House to anyone travelling to Weston and will stay again on my next trip. Sheri - thanks for a great experience!

Got back earlier today after one-night stay with my girlfriend. Room was excellent. Property was beautiful. Sheri was a terrific host.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast of ham-and-cheese quiche, cinnamon roll, parfait, and juice.

Would come again!

There are several B&Bs in Weston, but none that provide the amenities, the hospitality, or the good food you will get at Benner House. For starters, Sheri Guthrie the owner goes out of her way to welcome you and arm you with information to truly enjoy all Weston has to offer. Her baking skills are unrivaled (we had the best chocolate-chip cookies we've ever tasted) and you get to enjoy those skills each morning at breakfast. There are a pool and a hot tub on the grounds amidst beautiful plants and flowers which creates a beautiful landscape in which to enjoy both. There are comfortable loungers, a hammock, and rocking chairs to use as well. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. I cannot say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: We stayed in the crown suite which was a bit cheaper due to the extra flight of stairs but in truth...

We just got back from spending two nights with another couple at the Benner House and I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it was. The house is just beautiful -- so clean and comfy. Sheri is the best host ever, offering her yummy home-baked cookies and coffee in the Bistro Room for her guests to enjoy at any time, along with a variety of other beverages in a refrigerator.

Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very homey. We are used to king beds at home, but these queen beds were so comfortable that we hardly noticed the smaller size. Great fluffy robes to wear, and extra towels to take down to the pool area are offered in the upstairs hall. The back yard is lovely with huge stately trees, vines, patio areas and flower beds on different levels and at the bottom of a small stone path is a really nice private pool with a hammock and plenty of lounge chairs -- the water was just the right temperature. There is also a hot tub on a deck by the house but we did not use that. We did, however, enjoy sitting in the big rockers on the front porch both evenings and looking down the street to the main part of town which is only a couple blocks away.

To say that Sheri is a dandy cook is really quite an understatement. Her breakfasts were awesome and more than we could eat. Could not have been better. Sheri is also quite an accomplished musician and I'll bet if you ask her nicely she will play her lovely black baby grand and sing a few numbers for you in the solarium. What a treat to enjoy such a lovely voice!

You can't go wrong staying here. This is one of the friendliest best managed places where I have ever stayed. Weston is a charming destination for a short get-away and I certainly hope I will get to make a return visit. Just had the best time!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Riverside Room. Large beautiful room, lovely seating area, nice bathroom. Our fri...

My friends and I stayed at the Benner House for a girlfriends' trip and it was just wonderful. Sheri was so welcoming and the breakfasts, scones, and cookies were fabulous. The rooms were great, and the house is close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend it.
