We ate here two nights in a row at the oldest steakhouse in Mt and he would have thought that I had a seafood entree that consisted or linguine, fish, clams etc. As an appetizer we had calamari. So awesome. Husband had steak and loved it. Second night we both had the trout, oh my I can't say enough good about it. Had horseradish mashed potatoes and broccolini as sides. Just too good to believe.

The Mint in Belgrade, MT is the best place for an excellent Montana steak. The tenderloin is to die for!! Full of flavor, cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth! Crab cakes to rival any coastal fare. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the manager/owner visits every table. Garlic mash is terrific and fresh grilled green beans round out a beautiful meal. Very impressed!

Doesn't look like much from the outside but wow the inside warm, inviting, and truly local Montana! Casual dress fine and real cowboys abound because this is an authentic local restaurant. Nice interior wood, saddle type barstools and log chairs. Great wine and beer list. The owner came by the table twice to be sure everything was ok. We went on Friday eve the special was prime rib and it was a huge slab of the best meat I've ever eaten. Huckleberry cheesecake and creme brûlée for dessert shared among our table. If you're in Bozeman it's about a 6 mile trip to Belgrade just past airport and worth the trip. I missed the band and dancing but it sounded like a great spot for dancing later in the eve. Go for it.

Most if the staff is snotty. Food is mediocre to say the best. Not worth how much it costs that's for sure! Drinks are wayyy overpriced & don't taste all that great.

This is a fabulous place for one of the best steaks you'll ever have. But that's not all. The service is top-notch. We ate there twice, once on our way to the Dakotas and once on our way back home and both times the food and service were outstanding. As a bonus both night had live entertainment and dancing in the bar area. If you're in the area this is a place you don't want to miss. It's unique and the food and people are genuine...you just don't find many places like this. You won't be disappointed.
