We had a very good experience at the lodge. The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, the grounds are gorgeous, and there are plenty of fun activities.

Suggestions for improvement:

1. Make a boot jack available for guests to remove their cowboy boots
2. Install a hot tub for sore muscles
3. If you're going to advertise the lodge as an all-inclusive resort, be all-inclusive. Don't charge extra for adult beverages, bike rentals, sporting clays, and other activities. Or at the very least, inform guests in advance as to which activities are included and which incur an extra charge.

Flathead Lake Lodge offers a rare combination of nature and comfort. The staff looks to satisfy every need and the grounds are immaculately kept with bountiful flowers, lush lawn, and a majestic fireplace in the large open main lodge.

Our extended family has been going here for the past 5-6 years. It is so wonderful. There are 15 of us and something to do for everyone! If you like horseback riding and lake activities, this is a great place for you. The food is delicious as well. They really make you feel like you're part of the family there. I selfishly haven't written about it in the past because it's so special and I never want it to change.

For seven days at a family lodge with about 2,200 acres ( many ,many trees ; wildlife - like deer, elk ; Flathead lake front; a pool next to the lake ) of pure enjoyment and all inclusive !!

The four grandkids could go horseback riding, bike riding while their parents didn't have to worry about them.
The lodge has all types of activities for adults and children like: hiking , horseback riding twice per day ( long or short rides ), five stand shooting , all the watercraft one would want , nitely cruises on Flathead lake, fishing in Flathead lake and Eco Lake, and the open bar-Called the "saloon"!

They serve three meals per day and have a morning horseback breakfast ride and an evening steak fry in the mountains .

Just a 'gorgeous ' place for all- it's been here since 1945-- make your reservations at lease one year in advance- no joke!

Very best all-inclusive lodge we had ever been too-- many people from other countries and many people have been coming here for 20-30 years

Katie led most kid's trail rides including one where my 7-year-old and her cousins encountered (very safely) both a mountain lion and a black bear cub - an adventure of a lifetime! Great for all ages!

Room Tip: We love the cabins
