“A HUGE summer venue for Bigfork”
Reviewed 4 March 2014

The season starts in June and runs thru August. It is easier to get seats in July. Seats are available by phone or in the lobby. I have seen some wonderful shows here for the past 9 summers. parking can be a problem, but if yu don't mind a little bit of a walk, the school parking lot works.

“Neat playhouse with good resident actors”
Reviewed 8 February 2014

This was a fun way to spend an evening in Bigfork. We saw Spamalot, and even though we're not big Monte Python fans we laughed through most of the show.

“The Northwest Premier Repertory Theater”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

The Bigfork Summer Playhouse has one of the finest reputations for presenting quality live productions of any summer theater in the Northwest. A person can bring their family to Bigfork in the Summer, and enjoy four fun shows during a week's stay in the friendly Village of Bigfork, Montana. There are many things to do in the area, including a quick trip to Glacier National Park, or a boat ride on Flathead Lake, the largest fresh water lake West of the Mississippi river.
Bigfork also offers a wide variety of dining options for a pre-show entree. A visit to the Bigfork Summer Playhouse and the Village of Bigfork will long be remembered.

“Great entertainment in an artsy town”
Reviewed 1 October 2013

The quality of the acting is great! The sound system is sometimes overpowering. There is not a bad seat, the seats and stage are such that the audience has a clear view no matter where one sits. My friend and I take a mini vacation every summer. In 2012 we discovered Bigfork Playhouse, yet regretted that we didn't have enough time to really see the town. Because we so enjoyed last year, we did it again this year -- three nights, three plays. This year we stayed at Timbers Motel, still a drive, but a very short drive AND we spent our days meeting the townspeople and checking out the shops and restaurants. A most enjoyable mini vacation.

“Well known for live theatre/Summer Playhouse”
Reviewed 8 September 2013

We attend several shows each summer and are always pleased with the quality of the acts! They recruit young actors and actresses who stay for the entire summer season. They produce at least four different musicals and plays each season. The theatre doesn't have a bad seat and is comfortable and cozy.
