I have been to breakfast and lunch (even though I usually eat breakfast even at lunch time) here a few times and it is always delicious. Great specials, too!

What a great surprise!the food was excellent and the service very attentive and friendly. We had a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it, to say the least. We'll be back often!

The wagyu grass fed 10 oz steak was fantastic. I planned to eat just half of it but couldn't stop myself. It was served perfectly with balsamic Brussels sprouts. The aesthetics of the restaurant were ordinary, but the service and food were excellent.

Dining at the Fieldhouse is never a disappointment. Brunch on Saturdays with music is fun and of course yummy. A recent dinner with friends was thoroughly enjoyed. The fish, meatloaf (loved by two) and the mac 'n cheese were great! Don't forget to try the roasted beet appetizer with the delicious dressing.

Visited this little restaurant over a year ago for breakfast. We were mostly impressed and have long considered returning for dinner. We did, and what a wonderful meal!

"Fieldhouse" refers to the "field to table" concept. Locally sourced, humanely raised, sustainable food. A wonderful concept and it shows in the quality.

I made reservations, though I didn't expect it to be necessary--there has been very little "buzz" on this restaurant and I didn't expect to have any trouble seating four of us. Arrived and my spouse didn't mention that we had reservations--and we were gently told that there wasn't a table available. Upon giving our name, we were immediately seated. Apparently, they've found their niche.

Our server was happy. Truly. He gladly discussed the menu and made recommendations when asked. My wife asked about gluten-free options and was told that nearly all of the dinners were gluten free. This was a surprise, as the meals included meatloaf and a stuffed pork tenderloin with dressing--both gluten free. The hamburger was also available with a gluten free bun. Nice!

Started the meal with a nice Carmenere and three of us had the soup--chicken barley. Thick, almost stew-like. Hearty, warming, amazingly flavorful. The forth ordered the truffle fries. Enough to share, unique flavors. An unexpected pleasure.

Dinners were a chicken breast, pork tenderloin roulade, Coby sirloin steak and Mac and Cheese. Each was amazing. Even the mac and cheese--made with bacon and most certainly an "adult" dish--was exceptional. The sirloin was a tad too rare and was not hot--rather concerning after all the positives we'd experienced. The waiter returned it to the kitchen and it was brought back very quickly, done perfectly and hot.

By now we were into our second bottle of wine and were well-sated. Our server suggested dessert, and yes, we'll give it a try. So, homemade ice cream--bacon/maple! In addition, four truffles to share. The ice cream was excellent and unique, the truffles dull and bitter. We mentioned that we didn't care for the latter but loved the ice cream.

Finished our wine, received the check. The entire dessert had been "comped," whether for the steak or as we didn't care for the truffles, we don't know. We hadn't expected this and were impressed the waiter had seen fit to do so.

So, three soups & an appetizer, four entrees, two bottles of wine and two desserts, $150.

The meal was served beautifully and we chatted over courses for over two hours. Relaxing and enjoyable. If you're wanting a fast meal, this isn't the place. If you're looking to relax and enjoy a special meal, this is a wonderful choice.
