We were really hoping that the Ten was ready for prime time. They fell well short. They were out of two entre' items at 5:30. The menu is very limited, so how can you not have enough food to complete the menu. The staff needs way more training. No one took our drink order for at least 10 minutes after we got there. A grey haired dude was bussing tables in levis and a wrinkled shirt. The local beef short ribs were inedible, and the glob of ooey polenta and gooey spinach was unfit for a so-called fancy restaurant. After our meal was finished had to wait 10 minutes for bill. I know they are trying to get better, but maybe the management should have dinner at Walkers and take a lot of notes on how to run a first class joint. The hostess needs to be in front by bar not around the corner. They will need to revamp the whole operation before we go back for another try. Simple food done well, is better than fancy food done poorly. For the prices the Ten is charging, they have to step up their game by an exponent of 10.
