The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is extremely pet friendly, with nice places to walk your pet. The soup and cookies in the evening is a nice touch. If you have kids the pool looks like it would be a blast.

When you visit the BEST WESTERN PLUS Kelly Inn & Suites, you do not have to leave your pet behind. Billings offers some of the best walking and biking trails in the region...i.e. Riverfront Park and Swords Park, just to name a couple. It was good to hear you found great spaces to walk your dog when you stayed with us. Come back and visit us again soon and take some time to explore our attractions...thank you for taking the time to write about your stay with us.

Second stay here; pleasant staff (except for an unimpressive attempt at sincerity upon checkout). Stayed on the 1st floor, rooms have both interior and exterior doors which can be convenient for those with pets and access to vehicles (if lucky enough to get a spot in front of your room; we did not for both nights). Exterior access downside; cars park literally 4 feet from the door. So thanks to the owner of a beat up mid 90's pickup who started up at 6 am; it was nice of you to share your belt squealing experience with us all! Neighbors above stomped around from 9 pm until 12:30 am; advised the front desk, they went up to remind them that most people go to hotels to rest. That apparently upset them; they started in again at 6:15 a.m., even louder. 4 restless hours sleep wasn't appreciated, although hotel staff took $20 off the tab for night #1. We were assured that there should not be a problem the remainder of the stay. Night 2 was just as great as the first; the new folks above started in a little earlier; I again went to the front desk and was advised that "hotel quiet hours don't start until 11 pm"; and to come back it if continued after that time. My opinion of this hotel by then was cemented. Breakfast isn't bad; just a very small area for the size of hotel. Morning 2 was impossible to get breakfast at 8 a.m. because it was so crowded (noted a line for the one waffle iron). The kids really enjoyed the waterpark and beds were comfy (not enough to drown out the noise), the pillows were terrible though. Our 3 day stay was cut to 2 due to the experience. Upon checkout when asked why the early checkout, I told the staff about our crummy experience and was told "Well that's too bad, I hate to hear that" upon handing my receipt and "You can see where we took $20 off the first night". You usually shell out $100+/night for a hotel and plan to get a decent nights sleep; that didn't happen. Never again!

Room Tip: 3rd floor, you would not have neighbors above to keep you up all night. Pre-book and don't try...

We sincerely apologize that the guests our staff asked to be respectful of other guests and quiet down did not. Our night bellmen walks the halls and the outside of our building consistently during late evening and early morning hours to proactively eliminate noise before it becomes a problem for other guests. Thank you for commenting about the comfortable beds and clean rooms...we do hope that you will reconsider and stay with us again. We'd would very much appreciate another opportunity to better serve you.

We recently stayed at Best Western PLUS Kelly Inn and Suites during basketball tournaments in BIllings . The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff seemd to be pleasant. Was not all that impressed with breakfast. It was fair enough for complimentary breakfast but could have been kept a little more clean. The hotel has a cute theme for furnishings.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about your stay with us. We appreciate knowing that you enjoyed our Plush Pillowtop Beds and found our country lodge decor fun! Please know that our breakfast bar attendant is usually very attentive to her station, so we do apologize that you didn't find that area as clean as it usually is. It's our hope that you will visit us again soon and give us another opportunity to serve you.

Pros and Cons like everywhere, but better than most. Located right next to city bike path. Pool area was so much smaller than I thought it would be - judging by the pics online. Not a lot of room for too many adults to be present at once. Kids going wild until pool closed at 11 pm. Disappointed that there was not "adult swim only" as of 9 or 10 pm. Really wanted a soak in the hot tub after a long day, but had to wait until morning - still only narrowly getting a chance for a dip @ 8 a.m. Pet floors are 1st & 2nd. 1st floor has outside access. Carpets seemed regularly shampooed in hallways, but was glad to be staying on 3rd floor because of the wet dog odor permeating the lower levels after the shampoo. Stayed in a single king with pull-out sofa. Nice big refrigerator, clean microwave, and in-room coffee-by-the-cup machine. Housekeeping could have given an extra wipe of the tub to get the stray hairs out, and maybe put in a bit more time vacuuming since the crumbs are building up under the bed and beside the sofa. Had adjoining room and could hear neighbors through door - not out of control noise, but heard much more than from the neighbors beyond the solid-wall or the people in hallway. The hallway noise was somewhat muffled and hall was bustling until 10:30 pm - with most of the traffic being young kids (estimating 7 to 14 yrs old). Breakfast was decent enough. The eating area was kept clean and supplies were readily refreshed. Room key had to be reset when I got back to the hotel at 10 pm.

We sincerely appreciate the time you took to post about your experience with us here at the BEST WESTERN PLUS Kelly Inn and Suites. Our water playland is a real attraction for our families and we host many on the weekends. While it is open from 6am to 11pm everyday, families tend to use the playland later in the day. We do, though, have several suites with private oversized jetted tubs that many of our guests prefer. Thank you for commenting on our on-going cleaning of our public spaces but we do apologize that your room was not serviced up to the standard of excellence we try to maintain. It's our hope that you will come back and see us if your travels bring you back to Billings.

Booked 2 rooms. One was fine but the other one had wet carpets due to either water damage or carpets had been cleaned. Rooms were noisy as far as hearing crying children, walking, running & talking when trying to sleep late at night. Pool is nice for children.

Thank you for your comment about our water playland...children do enjoy it (and adults, too!). I am sorry, though, that unsupervised children made your stay less enjoyable than we would have liked. Please note that while our staff does monitor the hallways throughout the day and night, we appreciate it anytime a guest lets us know when there's a problem with noise so that we can promptly address it. We appreciate our return guests and hope you will come back and stay with us again.

We stay here whenever we can and the kids love the bears decorating the building. The pool is great for the kids of all sizes with a shallow end with small slide, a bear basketball hoop, buckets that drop water, a larger slide for the older kids, and floating logs with a net overhead for them to make there way across the end of the pool. And a hot tub for the adults. It's clean, nice rooms, and we have never been disappointed.

Easy to find, not much within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad. The beds were very comfortable. Relatively quiet at night once the water park closed. Only complaint is I must have been close to a laundry room because the floor vibrated during off an on during the day.
