Tapas are not the first thing that comes to mind when in Bozeman. We were visiting for a family event and feeling rather hungry getting off the flight. Enterprise Sales Manager referred us to Over the Tapas when we laid out what we were looking for food wise. He did not steer us wrong.
We were there for lunch and went the tapas route, naturally. Rustic Baguette with olive oil and a roasted garlic spread was a nice starter to keep us from gnawing each others' arms off. We then had bacon wrapped dates, again recommended, and would return for those alone. Grilled asparagus were perfect, followed by lamb sliders. Still a little hungry so we finished with some of the Spanish meatballs.
Would love to return to Bozeman and visit this restaurant for dinner.
