Despite a slight wait at the hostess station for someone to show, the dining experience at Seven was great. We sat at the bar where we received prompt and attentive service from both the server and the sushi chef. The sashimi was awesome, they even had Uni which was fresh and carefully handled. The rice was perfectly cooked with the perfect blend of stickiness, sweetness, and a hint of rice vinegar. Albacore nigiri was perfect, and the rolls we sampled were good, though obviously a take on the quirky items seen at many sushi restaurants. The only complaint I can lodge is with the cucumber salad which came with the sashimi, it was bit over seasoned and painfully charged with vinegar. All in all, the place rocks and I highly recommend it.
