Packed with lots of stuff that you won't find at the supermarket. Oodles of locally made products and home-made pastas, crusts, etc. Small store, but every square inch is used. Friendly and helpful staff. Large wine and beer selection for such a small store. Gorgonzola dip is worth the drive. We have friends pick it up for us if they're traveling through Butte. Lunches are very affordable and wonderful. Had a hot pastrami sandwich, chips, drink, and a cookie for $6.50. great value. most important tip: bring a cooler with you if you're from out of town.

The food was very good but coming from Bozeman we didn't realize it is a place to buy food. It isn't really a restaurant. We did take some food home and would do again.

Along with a fun menu for lunch and grand catering offerings, Front Street market is packed with food items that go well beyond the imagination. Browsing will give you hundreds of ideas for culinary adventure and looks at stuff you never heard of. Great wine list and frozen meats along with hand made yummies.
Stop in and be surprised in a great way!!, Not to mention Butte being a wonderful town that will make you feel right at home.

Visiting this little market is worth a trip to Butte. If you are looking for that hard to find pasta, cheese, pickled whatever this is your best bet. I had heard nothing but good things about this place and was not disappointed. We had dropped in to look around and ended up having the daily lunch special, and I gotta say that I was served the best Portabella mushroom soup I've had in quite a while. I will stop here every time I visit Butte and buy something to try each time.

Very amazing little ethnic grocery with some food served on site. We always walk out with a couple of hundred dollars of stuff when we didn't plan on it. We stopped when they were closed once and the owner brought us in anyway and he had us try foods for free. We still walked out with $100 of stuff and he wasn't even open.

We drive out of our way there to shop. Great wine selection also.
